Professional Pet Sitter / Dog Walker &mdash; Part TimeWe are seeking a dependable, responsible animal lover to join our professional pet care team. This position involves providing in-home pet sitting and dog walking services for clients while they are at work or traveling.This role requires much more than spending time with animals. Team members are trusted to enter client homes independently, follow detailed care instructions, manage schedules efficiently, and respond calmly to unexpected situations. Reliability, honesty, attention to detail, and strong communication skills are essential.Position DetailsThis is a casual, part-time position with hours that vary based on client demand. Some weeks may have few or no scheduled visits, while busier periods &mdash; especially holidays and peak travel seasons &mdash; may require increased availability.Employees are paid hourly for time spent performing visits and driving between scheduled client homes. If there is a significant gap between visits, you will clock out and back in for the next scheduled block.Starting Pay: $12 per hour Raise: Opportunity for increase after 6 months based on reliability and performance.Requirements<ul><li>Reliable transportation, valid driver&rsquo;s license, and personal vehicle</li><li>Comfortable driving between multiple client homes daily</li><li>Ability to work independently without supervision</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions</li><li>Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions</li><li>Availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays</li><li>Ability to pass a background check</li><li>Smartphone with reliable data plan</li><li>18 years of age or older</li><li>Applicants must live in or very near our primary service areas: Spanish Fort, Daphne, or Fairhope.
