Requirements<ul><li>
Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology sales</li><li>
Proven track record selling CRM, ERP, WMS or similar platforms</li><li>
Strong exposure to the manufacturing, logistics, or supply&#8209;chain sectors</li><li>
Experience managing full sales cycle: prospecting, demoing, negotiating, closing</li><li>
Excellent communication and negotiation skills</li><li>
Ability to engage with stakeholders at different levels (including senior management)</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering, Business or Technology; MBA preferred</li><li>
Willingness to work based in Kenya (Mombasa Road)</li></ul>
Responsibilities<ul><li>
Drive new business acquisition of SaaS solutions in target markets (Kenya region)</li><li>
Manage the end&#8209;to&#8209;end sales cycle: lead generation, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, closure</li><li>
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision&#8209;makers (manufacturing, logistics, supply chain)</li><li>
Understand customer operational challenges and position solutions accordingly</li><li>
Collaborate with pre&#8209;sales, product and marketing teams to deliver tailored value propositions</li><li>
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasts and dashboards</li><li>
Present progress and insights to senior leadership regularly</li><li>
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets</li><li>
Contribute market intelligence and competitive insights to refine sales strategy</li></ul>

Sales Executive (SaaS Solutions) - Dubai

<div>We are hiring an Icertis CLM Administrator on a 1 year contract to manage and support UiPath&rsquo;s contract lifecycle platform, ensuring configuration, integration, and operational excellence.

As part of this role, you will work closely with global sales, procurement, and legal teams to optimize contract processes.<div>
Requirements 
<ul><li>6 to 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 to 5 years in Icertis CLM implementation or administration</li><li>Deep knowledge of CLM best practices and contract lifecycle processes</li><li>Hands on experience configuring Icertis: workflows, templates, clause libraries, conditions</li><li>Understanding of Salesforce configurations and integration with CLM systems</li><li>Familiarity with buy side and sell side contract processes and legal contracting workflows</li><li>Ability to investigate and resolve technical issues, coordinate across teams and vendors</li><li>Strong communication skills and stakeholder management</li><li>Experience with SDLC: requirement gathering, testing, training, change management</li><li>Icertis certification (Administrator or Practitioner) is preferred</li><li>Exposure to other CLM tools (e.g. Apttus, Conga, DocuSign CLM) is a plus</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Law, Business, Technology, or related field</li></ul></div><div>

<ul><li>Administer and configure daily operations in the Icertis CLM platform</li><li>Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Legal teams to gather requirements, propose enhancements, and support processes</li><li>Manage configuration of templates, clause sets, workflows, and approvals</li><li>Oversee and troubleshoot integrations between Icertis and Salesforce</li><li>Coordinate with Icertis consultants, vendor teams, internal developers for issue resolution and feature delivery</li><li>Support UAT, change management, training for new releases</li><li>Maintain and update documentation for configurations, workflows, integrations</li><li>Provide guidance and training to internal users on CLM functionality</li><li>Contribute to continuous improvement, automation ideas, process optimization</li></ul></div>
