<b>This is a full-time position *** On-call bonus***</b><br>

<b>RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></div>
<ul><li>Maintain the daily upkeep of the interior of the property including, but not limited to, cleaning, painting, plumbing, HVAC systems and electrical</li>
<li>Perform scheduled and nonscheduled general maintenance to ensure safe operations</li>
<li>Provide meticulous care and cleanliness of all supplies and equipment while maintaining inventory</li>
<li>Operate within OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Act) and company standards</li>
<li>Interact with tenants, vendors, customers, employees, etc. in a professional and courteous manner</li>
<li>Work an on-call rotation</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor as needed</li>
</ul><div><div><b>REQUIREMENTS:</b></div>
<ul><li>2+ years of maintenance experience</li>
<li>Proficient working knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical work, roof repairs, plumbing, etc.</li>
<li>Valid driver's license and driving record in good standing</li>
<li>Ability to provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries in a timely and courteous manner</li>
<li>Ability to lift and/or move 35 pounds and up to 100 pounds on occasion</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal skills</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Flexibility to work overtime and/or weekends if necessary</li>
