Do you want to help write the next chapter of our story? We are looking for an Intern &ndash; Financial Planning &amp; Analysis based in New York, NY.<ul><li> 
Please only apply if you are available to work a minimum of 30-35 hours per week for a minimum of 6 months. You must be available to come onsite to our NYC office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. International students are welcome to apply. Target start date is July 1, 2026.</li></ul> 
The role:
You will support the FP&amp;A team by providing the business with analysis and insights in order to drive informed decisions to reach our financial goals and ensure the long-term stability and profitability of the business. 
What you&rsquo;ll do:
In an environment where everything is fast-paced, you will contribute to all 5 pillars of the group strategy: people-centric, brand-build, consumer-obsessed, digitally minded, and committed to responsible beauty. You will be a contributor in managing the P&amp;L and providing support to the business working mainly on the E-Commerce, CRM, and media scope. You will help improve financial performance and assist in instilling a ROI mindset within the organization.<ul><li>
Assist the FP&amp;A team with monthly sales and P&amp;L reporting, analysis, and planning.</li><li>
Provide support to business partners through the monthly actuals and budgeting processes.</li><li>
Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights to finance and business teams. Extract and analyze data from multiple datasets.</li><li>
Drive continuous improvement through developing and maintaining reports and processes.</li><li>
Assist with ad-hoc projects and other tasks as needed.</li></ul>
You are:<ul><li>
Able to quickly learn new systems and tools.</li><li>
Curious, with the desire to constantly learn.</li><li>
Highly driven, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Analytical and has strong problem-solving skills.</li><li>
Able to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>
Able to organize and prioritize workload while managing to meet deadlines.</li></ul>
You have:<ul><li>
0-2 years prior experience in a financial role.</li><li>
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>
Very strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables, LOOKUP, SUMIF, etc.</li></ul>
