Duties: - Provide leadership and help manage a team of housekeeping staff - Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department - Conduct room inspections + ensure cleanliness / maintenance of all guest rooms and public areas - Train and coach housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques and procedures - Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipmentSkills: - Leadership and management skills - Experience in hospitality or housekeeping management strongly preferred - Knowledge of commercial cleaning and custodial practices - Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks - Familiarity with hotel industry standards preferredWhile we are preferably looking someone with relevant experience, we would also be willing to hire someone who is willing to step up to the challenge, adapt to the environment, and join our team!Job Type: Full-timePay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hourShift:<ul><li>8 hour shift</li><li>Day shift</li></ul>Work Location: In person
