Clarion Security is seeking dependable and professional Mobile Security Officers to conduct vehicle patrols, monitor client properties, and respond to security-related incidents. The ideal candidate will possess strong observational skills, excellent customer service abilities, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors.</div></div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><div><b>
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</b></div></h2><ul><li><div>
Conduct mobile patrols of assigned properties and client locations to deter theft, vandalism, trespassing, and other security-related incidents.</div></li><li><div>
Perform routine security inspections of buildings, parking lots, and surrounding areas, documenting observations and any unusual activity.</div></li><li><div>
Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, incidents, and client service requests.</div></li><li><div>
Control access to facilities by verifying credentials, visitor information, and authorization requirements.</div></li><li><div>
Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and vehicle inspection reports.</div></li><li><div>
Communicate effectively with clients, employees, visitors, law enforcement, and emergency personnel as needed.</div></li><li><div>
Operate company vehicles in a safe and professional manner while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.</div></li><li><div>
Report maintenance, safety, or security concerns observed during patrols.</div></li><li><div>
Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.</div></li><li><div>
Follow all company procedures, post orders, and client-specific instructions.</div></li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><div><b>
Requirements and Qualifications:</b></div></h2><ul><li><div>
Must be at least 18 years of age.</div></li><li><div>
Possess a valid, physical driver's license.</div></li><li><div>
Maintain a clean driving record that meets company and insurance carrier standards.</div></li><li><div>
Be eligible to operate a company vehicle in accordance with company policy and insurance carrier requirements</div></li><li><div>
High school diploma or GED</div></li><li><div>
Previous security, military, law enforcement, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.</div></li><li><div>
Strong verbal and written communication skills</div></li><li><div>
Ability to use a smartphone, tablet, or computer to complete reports and communicate with management.</div></li><li><div>
Must pass all required background screening and licensing requirements, as applicable.</div></li><li><div>
Reliable transportation to and from work.</div></li></ul><p>

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during patrols and security inspections.</div></li><li><div>
Ability to frequently enter and exit a vehicle throughout the shift.</div></li><li><div>
Ability to drive for extended periods while conducting mobile patrols.</div></li><li><div>
Ability to climb stairs and navigate uneven terrain when responding to incidents or conducting inspections.</div></li><li><div>
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 25 pounds.</div></li><li><div>
Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach as needed to perform security duties.</div></li><li><div>
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and other environmental conditions.</div></li><li><div>
Ability to maintain awareness and respond quickly to emergencies and security-related incidents</div></li><li><div>
Ability to observe and identify suspicious activity, safety hazards, and security concerns from a reasonable distance.</div></li></ul><p>
