 Responsibilities</div><ul><li><div>
Support the execution of trade marketing programs and strategies in the field</div></li><li><div>
Manage brand and customer programs to increase sales volume and brand penetration in the assigned region</div></li><li><div>
Regularly monitor and report competitor activities, market developments, and pricing</div></li><li><div>
Analyze market and performance data and suggest action plans</div></li><li><div>
Improve brand visibility and shelf share in the region</div></li><li><div>
Analyze campaign and sales activities and report the results</div></li><li><div>
Identify channel opportunities and suggest new business ideas</div></li><li><div>
Determine customer training needs and coordinate with relevant teams</div></li><li><div>
Support the implementation of brand loyalty programs in the field</div></li><li><div>
Build strong customer relationships through regular field visits</div></li></ul><div></div><div>
Qualifications</div><ul><li><div>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field</div></li><li><div>
Preferably 1&ndash;3 years of experience in trade marketing</div></li><li><div>
Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills</div></li><li><div>
Detail-oriented and result-driven mindset</div></li><li><div>
Good knowledge of MS Office applications</div></li><li><div>
Good level of English is a plus</div></li><li><div>
Willing to work mostly in the field (90% field, 10% reporting)</div></li><li><div>
Strong time management and follow-up skills</div></li></ul><div></div><div>
