 About the Role
 
 
 
 We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Lettings Assistant to join our team. This is an office-based role in our Karachi office, supporting our UK lettings operations. The role involves providing administrative support, ensuring smooth communication with tenants, and assisting the property management team.
 
 
 The ideal candidate will be highly organised, confident in handling tenant queries, and comfortable working independently while staying connected with the wider team.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Serve as the first point of contact for tenants, handling day-to-day queries promptly and professionally.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with rent collection, including chasing late payments and maintaining accurate records.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide administrative support, including data entry, updating records, and preparing documents.
 </li>
 <li>
 Attend virtual meetings with the UK team, take accurate meeting minutes, and circulate them promptly.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with the property management team to ensure tenant issues are resolved in a timely manner.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support tenancy renewals, references, and document management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor shared email inboxes and respond to enquiries within agreed timeframes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain an organised digital filing system for all tenant and property documentation.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Previous experience in lettings, property management, or administrative support (preferred but not essential).
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organisational and time management abilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently and collaboratively with remote teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
 </li>
