What You'll Do

<li>Assist in the structural design of precast concrete building systems.</li>

What We're Looking For

<li>Develop and execute deal strategies, including client engagement, rough quantity takeoffs, ROM estimates, and coordination of deliverables required to secure project awards.</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, developers, architects, engineers, contractors, and industry partners.</li>
<li>Support long-range business planning and align preconstruction efforts with Clark Pacific&rsquo;s strategic growth objectives.</li>
<li>Collaborate with senior leadership to establish sales goals, business development strategies, and market expansion initiatives.</li>
<li>Identify emerging market opportunities, new construction technologies, and innovative building solutions to enhance Clark Pacific&rsquo;s competitive position.</li>
<li>Increase Clark Pacific&rsquo;s market share, revenue growth, and profitability through strategic project pursuits and client engagement.</li>
<li>Act as an early influencer with project stakeholders to promote prefabricated and total precast building solutions.</li>
<li>Participate in industry organizations, conferences, technical forums, and networking events to strengthen Clark Pacific&rsquo;s presence in the market.</li>
<li>Partner with internal teams including Estimating, Engineering, Product Management, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Field Operations to support successful project pursuits.</li>

</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field required.</li>
<li>Advanced degree in Architecture, Structural Engineering, or Construction Management preferred.</li>
<li>Registered Architect (RA) or Professional Engineer (PE) preferred.</li>
<li>Minimum of 8 years of experience within the architecture, engineering, or construction industry.</li>
<li>Experience leading preconstruction efforts and managing high-value project pursuits.</li>
<li>Experience with collaborative Design Assist or Design-Build project delivery methods preferred.</li>
<li>Broad knowledge of structural building systems and construction methodologies.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of architecture, engineering, and building design principles.</li>
