Competitive Compensation: 
$85,000&ndash;$100,000 annually, depending on experience.

What You'll Do
<ul>
<li>Assist in the structural design of precast concrete building systems.</li>
<li>Perform structural calculations and engineering analysis under the guidance of experienced engineers.</li>
<li>Learn the design of beams, columns, walls, floor systems, stairs, and other structural components.</li>
<li>Develop engineering details, calculations, and construction documents.</li>
<li>Coordinate with Project Engineers, Project Managers, Manufacturing, and Field Operations throughout the project lifecycle.</li>
<li>Participate in design meetings and solve real-world engineering challenges.</li>
<li>Learn industry-leading structural analysis software and engineering tools.</li>
<li>Visit manufacturing facilities and project sites to understand how designs are fabricated and installed.</li>
<li>Support multiple projects while developing technical and project management skills.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>
What We're Looking For
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Structural Engineering.</li>
<li>EIT certification or the ability to obtain shortly after graduation.</li>
<li>0&ndash;3 years of structural engineering experience.</li>
<li>Internship or co-op experience is a plus but not required.</li>
<li>Passion for structural engineering and a desire to build a long-term career.</li>
<li>Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn.</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Coursework in reinforced concrete, steel design, structural analysis, or seismic design.</li>
<li>Experience with ETABS, RAM, RISA, SAP2000, or similar structural analysis software.</li>
<li>Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM software.</li>
<li>Interest in precast concrete design and construction.</li>

Structural Project Engineer (Entry-Level)

<div>At Clark Pacific, the Senior Preconstruction Manager plays a critical role in driving business growth and project success by leading preconstruction engagements for Clark Pacific&rsquo;s prefabricated systems and products. Working within the Business Development and Preconstruction teams, this role is responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, developing strategic client relationships, leading deal pursuits, and managing preconstruction activities from early engagement through project award. The Senior Preconstruction Manager partners closely with customers, architects, engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that maximize value and position Clark Pacific as a preferred partner in the marketplace.

<li>Participate in industry organizations, conferences, technical forums, and networking events to strengthen Clark Pacific&rsquo;s presence in the market.</li>
<li>Partner with internal teams including Estimating, Engineering, Product Management, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Field Operations to support successful project pursuits.</li>

Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field required.</li>
<li>Advanced degree in Architecture, Structural Engineering, or Construction Management preferred.</li>
<li>Registered Architect (RA) or Professional Engineer (PE) preferred.</li>
<li>Minimum of 8 years of experience within the architecture, engineering, or construction industry.</li>
<li>Experience leading preconstruction efforts and managing high-value project pursuits.</li>
<li>Experience with collaborative Design Assist or Design-Build project delivery methods preferred.</li>
<li>Broad knowledge of structural building systems and construction methodologies.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of architecture, engineering, and building design principles.</li>
