Responsibilities:
<div>
We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused <b>Residential Sales Representative</b> to support our teams in the field. The Pest Control industry is not exactly what it may seem. Pest Control is more of a maintenance program to ensure that our customers don&rsquo;t suffer from reoccurring pest activity. Like electricians or HVAC technicians, our ultimate goal is to ensure the safety and well-being of the customers that we serve.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
What</b><b> You&rsquo;ll Do</b></div><ul><li>
Sell general pest control services to residential customer within an assigned territorial area which may span across multiple branch service areas</li><li>
Must be able to physically inspect a variety of residential structures to determine presence of pests and present a sales solution to prospective customers</li><li>
Arrives at scheduled estimates and service appointments in a timely manner</li><li>
Explains pest control services and selling repetitive annual service agreements to 70% of all estimates scheduled</li><li>
Works with branch management team to establish sale growth goals and coordinate activities to ensure these goals are achieved</li><li>
Travels from one area to another or is assigned to a specified territory. Works with branch management team to isolate target areas</li><li>
Must be able to occasionally service accounts and perform exclusion where necessary</li><li>
Receives and properly accounts for company funds collected during the course of business activities</li><li>
Submits all paperwork and collections on a daily basis</li><li>
Maintains company issued equipment and vehicle in a clean and safe condition at all times</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>

Qualifications:

What You&rsquo;ll Need</b></div><ul><li>
High School Diploma or equivalent</li><li>
Must hold the two following licenses: Branch II, Home Improvement Specialist</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
What&rsquo;s Required</b></div><ul><li>
You must speak clearly and effectively in English and dress professionally. A pleasant personality, good interpersonal skills and the ability to deal positively with fellow employees, occasionally under stressful conditions, is a prime requisite.</li><li>
Each employee must obey safety instructions, rules, policy and procedures and use provided and installed safety devices and safety equipment. An employee is responsible for notifying his/her immediate supervisor of a violation or deficiency in safe and healthful working conditions.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
