Job OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and creative Junior Interior Designer to join our dynamic design-build team. In this role, you will assist in developing innovative interior concepts, preparing detailed drawings, and supporting project execution from conception to completion. This is an exciting opportunity for emerging designers passionate about transforming spaces and eager to grow their skills in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, attention to detail, and a strong foundation in interior design principles to contribute to diverse residential projects.Full-Time Kitchen and Bath Designer Responsibilities<ul><li>Meet with homeowners to understand their needs, lifestyle, budget, and design preferences.</li><li>Create functional and aesthetically pleasing kitchen layouts using design software.</li><li>Guide clients through the selection process of cabinetry, countertops, plumbing, appliances, lighting, and finishes.</li><li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.</li><li>Conduct site visits and field measurements as needed.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Experience in kitchen and bath design preferred.</li><li>Proficiency in design software such as Chief Architect, 2020 Design, SketchUp, preferred.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation abilities.</li><li>Knowledge of cabinetry construction, materials, and installation practices.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li></ul>Ideal Candidate Traits<ul><li>Passion for design and creating beautiful, functional spaces.</li><li>Self-motivated and able to work independently or follow instruction.</li><li>Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.</li><li>Experience with the Construction and Remodeling process</li><li>Positive attitude!</li></ul>What Success Looks Like<ul><li>Consistently delivers high-quality kitchen designs that exceed client expectations and maintain budget!</li><li>Maintains strong communication with clients!</li><li>Contributes to company sales growth and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Represents the company professionally and upholds brand standards.</li></ul>Join us to bring innovative interior spaces to life!
