We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team and help us enhance our brand presence through compelling visual content.Responsibilities:&middot; Develop and design marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, and digital content, to promote our real estate properties.&middot; Create visually appealing graphics for social media platforms, email campaigns, and the company website.&middot; Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to conceptualize and execute design projects that align with our brand identity and marketing strategies.&middot; Maintain brand consistency across all design projects and ensure that all graphics meet our quality standards.&middot; Assist in the creation of advertising campaigns and promotional materials for print and digital media.&middot; Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new design techniques and technologies into your work.&middot; Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.&middot; Work closely with photographers to coordinate photo for marketing purposes.Requirements:&middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.&middot; Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the real estate industry or a related field.&middot; Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Premier Pro will be a plus&middot; Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including print and digital work.&middot; Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.&middot; Ability to create 3D renderings and visualizations is a plus.&middot; Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.&middot; Excellent communication and collaboration skills.&middot; Ability to work independently and as part of a team.&middot; Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Job Type: Full-timeExperience:<ul><li>graphic designer: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>
