Job Title: Junior AccountantLocation:DubaiPosition Type: Full-timeJob Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to assist with various accounting tasks and support the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of basic accounting principles and a desire to learn and grow within the accounting field.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.</li><li>Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.</li><li>Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records.</li><li>Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.</li><li>Prepare and maintain accounting schedules and documentation.</li><li>Support audits by providing necessary documentation and information.</li><li>Help ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.</li><li>Perform data entry and maintain the integrity of financial data in accounting software.</li><li>Assist in preparing tax returns and other financial reports as required.</li><li>Collaborate with the finance team to identify and implement process improvements.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).</li><li>Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Tally Prime</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, TemporaryPay: Up to AED3,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Accounts: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>
