Please contact to HR 7594973100 For more details<ul><li>Accounting &amp; Bookkeeping</li><li>Record all branch financial transactions in the accounting system (sales, service, spare parts, expenses, etc.).</li><li>Maintain and reconcile ledgers: general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash &amp; bank accounts.</li><li>Invoicing &amp; Sales/Service Accounting</li><li>Generate sales invoices including two-wheeler sales, spares, accessories, services.</li><li>Ensure correctness of prices, GST, discounts, etc.</li><li>Monitor and record service- and spare parts-related income.</li><li>Taxation &amp; Statutory Compliance</li><li>Manage GST returns (GSTR&#8209;1, GSTR&#8209;3B, etc.), TDS deductions and filings.</li><li>Ensure compliance with other statutory requirements (profession tax, etc.).</li><li>Maintain proper tax documentation and assist in audits.</li><li>Cash Management &amp; Bank Reconciliation</li><li>Monitor daily cash and bank transactions.</li><li>Prepare daily/weekly cash / bank summary.</li><li>Reconcile bank statements; ensure timely deposits and payment</li><li>Financial Reporting &amp; MIS</li><li>Prepare monthly financial statements (Profit &amp; Loss, Balance Sheet) for the branch.</li><li>Provide branch-level MIS reports for sales, expenses, inventory turnover, receivables, payables, etc.</li><li>Analyse variances versus budget or prior periods and report to management.</li><li>Coordination &amp; Support</li><li>Liaise with Head Office Finance for consolidations, audits, policy implementation.</li><li>Support internal/external audit, providing required documents, schedules.</li><li>Costing &amp; Budgeting</li><li>Assist in branch budget preparation; monitor expense against budget.</li><li>Suggest cost saving measures, timely identification of overhead cost overruns.</li><li>Compliance &amp; Controls</li><li>Ensure branch adheres to company&rsquo;s policies &amp; accounting standards.</li><li>Implement internal controls to safeguard branch assets and ensure accuracy of financial data.</li><li>Maintain documentation for audit trails.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: Up to &#8377;15,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>
