Receptionist/Administrative Assistant for busy Colorado Springs law firmSeeking a motivated person to fill full-time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant position. Position requires a professional manner, the ability to handle a multi-line phone system and computer literacy.Candidate must be client oriented, and willing to multi-task. There will be heavy interaction with clients and the public via phone and in person.Successful candidate will be responsible for creating a warm, responsive interaction within our team and with clients, meeting specific administrative needs of our team, and providing the full range of administrative support to our corporate executive team.Additionally, you will be expected to support tasks to ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day business within our office. Legal experience is not required; we will train the right person to fit our team&rsquo;s needs. Salary commensurate with experience.
