Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior Financial Analyst to join our finance team in Pittsburgh, PA or Glendale Heights, IL. In this role, you will play a key part in driving data-driven financial decision-making, leading financial modeling and forecasting initiatives, and providing actionable insights to senior leadership.The ideal candidate will partner cross-functionally across the organization to optimize financial performance, support strategic initiatives, and contribute to long-term business growth.Roles &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead complex financial analysis to support strategic initiatives, capital investments, and operational decision-making.</li><li>Own the preparation, review, and interpretation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).</li><li>Develop and maintain advanced financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to drive profitability and performance improvements.</li><li>Analyze trends, variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs), delivering clear recommendations to executive leadership.</li><li>Partner cross-functionally with operations, sales, accounting, and executive teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.</li><li>Lead annual budgeting and long-range financial planning processes.</li><li>Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices in financial reporting and analysis.</li><li>Mentor and provide guidance to junior analysts and other finance team members.</li><li>Prepare executive-level presentations and board-ready reporting materials.</li><li>Support mergers, acquisitions, capital projects, and other high-impact financial initiatives as needed.</li></ul>Key Competencies<ul><li>Strategic thinking and business acumen</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Executive communication and presentation skills</li><li>Leadership and mentoring capability</li><li>High attention to detail and accuracy</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Education Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, Analytics, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).</li><li>5&ndash;8+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related roles.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial reporting standards.</li><li>Public Accounting experience preferred.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (complex modeling, pivot tables, Power Query, scenario modeling).</li><li>Extensive experience with financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.</li><li>Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools preferred.</li></ul>Join us as a Senior Financial Analyst to make an impactful difference through innovative analysis and strategic insights that propel our organization forward!Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Disability insurance</li><li>Employee assistance program</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid parental leave</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Associate (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Financial Analyst: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Monroeville, PA 15146
