<div>SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES: 
The primary purpose of the Part Time Site Coordinator (SC) is to deliver high-quality, impactful programs with an enrollment of less than 45 full time students while building positive relationships with participants, parents, and campus faculty and staff. The SC will coordinate with the Program Coordinator (PC) to lead a small team facilitating programming that meets all agency, regional and area goals. The SC will foster positive and productive relationships with campus faculty and administrators. 
The SC will ensure that all communications, marketing, and budget directives are coordinated on-site and all staff at that site are aware of expectations. The role is responsible for collaborating with their area manager and other leaders in their area to provide regular updates and reporting on site action plans, financials, participant recruitment, staffing, observation and assessments, and overall performance. The SC will manage the coordination of site calendars and the delegation of duties and tasks to their team. The SC will also be responsible for leading and coaching their team of direct reports and orienting new staff to their program with the help of the program development team. This position is required to work holiday, summer, and enrichment programs as assigned.
General Duties<ul><li>
Delivers and executes area communications and marketing to staff, campus, and parents.</li><li>
Identifies, assesses, establishes, and maintains strategic relationships with school staff, faculty, and administration.</li><li>
Serves as the first level of contact for parent, participant, and campus issues, compliments, and complaints.</li><li>
Ensures the program meets all contract and agency requirements.</li><li>
Follows all agency health and safety procedures.</li><li>
Reports all critical incidents/accidents immediately to PC.</li><li>
Recognize and report all suspected, disclosed, and/or confirmed cases of abuse and/and or neglect immediately as a mandated reporter.</li><li>
Learn, model, and promote emotional intelligence skills.</li><li>
Organize, plan, and deliver community, campus, and family events.</li><li>
Articulate the Clayton Youth Enrichment Vision, Mission, and Values.</li><li>
Attend all required training and meetings.</li><li>
All other duties as assigned.</li></ul>
Staff Management<ul><li>
Leads and manages on-site staff including observing enrichment activities, staff attendance, and performance.</li><li>
Facilitates on-site weekly staff meetings and daily huddles.</li><li>
Implements and guides staff in employing the agency behavior management model, strategies, and practices.</li><li>
Manage staffing situations as they occur on-site including stepping into group management when necessary.</li><li>
Staff and facilitate district and agency special events, enrichment, and summer programs as required.</li></ul>
Program Development<ul><li>
Plans program and delegates daily duties for activity and enrichment plans.</li><li>
Trains and orients the onsite portion of new hire training for new staff as required.</li><li>
Ensures that programmatic survey instruments are deployed and collected by deadlines.</li><li>
Responsible for meeting all directives included in site-level action plans for program improvement.</li><li>
Plans and participates in observations, and parent conferences and creates plans for student success.</li></ul>
Administrative<ul><li>
Conduct student daily attendance, facilitate parent/guardian pick-up process, and maintain attendance records.</li><li>
Delivers and executes detailed plans for the acquisition and management of supplies and materials.</li><li>
Coordinates snack and meal programs and completes any required reporting.</li><li>
Provides accurate and timely delivery of program information and paperwork.</li><li>
Manage vendors, contractors, and club leaders working within the program.</li><li>
Articulate the Clayton Youth Enrichment Vision, Mission, and Values.</li></ul>

PHYSICAL CONDITIONS:<ul><li>
Requires daily standing, sitting, bending and stooping.</li><li>
Requires normal range of hearing and vision.</li><li>
Requires that staff are able to visually and auditorily supervise a group of students at all times.</li><li>
Requires the ability to lift up to 40 pounds.</li></ul>
WORK ENVIRONMENT:<ul><li>
Ability to work flexible schedules when necessary, and drive to multiple locations.</li><li>
Available to work Saturdays and/or evenings if needed (approx. 3-4 times per year).</li><li>
Complete 30+ hours of paid training/professional development, occasionally out of the area.</li></ul>

QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>

Must be proficient with the use of workplace technology (i.e. computers and smartphones) with the ability to complete basic tasks including but not limited to; electronic lesson planning, sending and managing emails, navigating databases, keeping files and folders organized, using the Internet, and other basic functions.</li><li>
General knowledge of assigned local regions and school districts preferred.</li><li>
Must have reliable transportation.</li><li>

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:<ul><li>
Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver&rsquo;s license or state issued ID.</li><li>
GED or High School Diploma required.</li><li>
Some college preferred. Associates or Bachelor's degree in education, recreation, child development or related field highly considered.</li><li>
Bilingual and Spanish speaking candidates highly considered.</li><li>
Experience working with groups of children ages 4-13.</li><li>
A minimum of 1-2 years of prior experience managing small teams.</li><li>
A minimum of 3 years of experience working in education, recreation, child development or out of school time programs.</li><li>
Experience working in diverse socio-economic environments with students of many different backgrounds and cultures.</li><li>
Must be able to fulfill TXDSHS requirements as necessary.</li></ul></div>
