Clazzo Innovations is seeking a skilled and passionate WordPress Developer to join our team. You will be responsible for both back-end and front-end development, including creating WordPress themes and plugins, site integration, and security updates. A successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the WordPress ecosystem, programming languages, a keen eye for aesthetics, and strong problem-solving abilities.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Design, develop, and implement responsive WordPress websites from concept to completion.</li><li>Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins as per project specifications.</li><li>Customize and extend existing themes and plugins to meet design and functionality requirements.</li><li>Ensure high-performance and availability, and manage all technical aspects of the CMS.</li><li>Implement secure coding practices and conduct regular security audits and updates.</li><li>Optimize website performance, including load times, responsiveness, and SEO best practices.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve website bugs, performance issues, and cross-browser compatibility problems.</li><li>Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams to translate client/business requirements into functional web solutions.</li><li>Integrate third-party APIs, tools, and platforms (e.g., e-commerce, payment gateways, analytics).</li><li>Conduct website testing and quality assurance to ensure flawless functionality.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with the latest WordPress updates, industry trends, and development best practices.</li></ul>Required Skills and Qualifications<ul><li>Proven work experience as a WordPress Developer with a strong portfolio.</li><li>Expertise in WordPress CMS architecture, including themes, plugins, and core functionality.</li><li>Proficiency in core web development languages: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.</li><li>Strong knowledge of PHP for back-end WordPress development.</li><li>Experience with MySQL and database management.</li><li>Solid understanding of responsive web design and mobile-first development principles.</li><li>Familiarity with debugging tools (e.g., Chrome Developer Tools, Firebug).</li><li>Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).</li><li>Knowledge of SEO best practices for website structure and optimization.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points)<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.</li><li>Experience with e-commerce platforms like WooCommerce.</li><li>Familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js).</li><li>Knowledge of server-side caching and performance optimization techniques (e.g., CDNs).</li><li>Experience with popular page builders (e.g., Elementor, Beaver Builder).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeBase Pay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;15,000.00 per monthExpected Start Date: 21/10/2025
