To join CLEAResult as a Senior Learning and Development Specialist. The Senior Learning and Development Specialist has a dual focus: the strategic and day to day management of our internal and external Learning Management systems (LMS) and the design and development of high-impact training content. The role requires proficiency in LMS administration, as well as expertise in instructional design, project management, and a solid understanding of adult learning principles. The ability to efficiently manage the LMS, effectively collaborate with subject matter experts, and create engaging training materials will be vital to the continuous growth of our trainees.

Learning Management System (LMS) Administration:<ul><li>
Strategically maintain and optimize the organization's internal and external-facing LMS', ensuring optimal performance, alignment with business objectives and scalability to meet evolving needs</li><li>
Proactively identifying innovative solutions and &quot;out of the box&quot; approaches to enhance the learning experience and drive business outcomes</li><li>
Create and upload training content into the LMS, including courses, modules, assessments, and multimedia materials</li><li>
Manage user accounts and permissions, granting access to appropriate training materials based on user roles and responsibilities and implement strategies to promote user engagement and maximize LMS utilization</li><li>
Track learner progress and completion rates, generating reports to evaluate training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement</li><li>
Troubleshoot LMS issues and provide technical support to learners and instructors
</li></ul>Instructional Design:<ul><li>
Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps, learning objectives, and target audience characteristics ensuring alignment with training goals and measurable business outcomes</li><li>
Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theory with a strategic lens, developing engaging and effective training programs that not only align with organizational goals and learner needs, but also support key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement</li><li>
Create and incorporate multimedia elements into training materials, such as videos, interactive simulations, and infographics</li></ul>
Project Management:<ul><li>
Lead the learning and development lifecycle, from needs assessment and course design to implementation, evaluation, and ongoing maintenance.</li><li>
Craft and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, ensuring alignment with goals and resource constraints</li><li>
Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as needed to maintain project timelines and deliverables.</li></ul>
In this exciting career opportunity, you will have:<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree Preferred in Instructional Design, Adult Education, Educational Technology, Human Resources Development with a focus on Learning and Development, or a related field</li><li>
5+ years of experience in learning and development, with significant experience in LMS administration and content development</li><li>
Hands-on experience managing and optimizing Learning Management Systems (experience with Workday Learning a plus)</li><li>
Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design models, such as ADDIE, SAM, and Kirkpatrick's Four Levels of Evaluation</li><li>
Familiarity with software implementation methodologies, UAT and the challenges associated with user adoption</li><li>
Strong proficiency in the use of multimedia tools and software, including authoring tools, presentation software, and video editing software</li><li>
Proficient in Asana</li><li>
Expertise in Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise eLearning</li><li>
Experience with Camtasia
</li><li>Familiarity with IORAD
</li><li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
</li></ul>Target Compensation:
$75,000 / year
Compensation Range
$65,700.00 - $98,600.00
