We're a friendly, fast-paced caf&eacute; with steady daily traffic from hospital staff, patients, and visitors who count on us for a great cup of coffee and a warm welcome.About the RoleWe're hiring 3 experienced baristas to join our team. If you take pride in pulling a beautiful espresso shot, steaming silky milk, and crafting the perfect cappuccino &mdash; and you bring a positive attitude to every shift &mdash; we'd love to hear from you.What You'll Do<ul><li>Prepare quality espresso drinks, cappuccinos, lattes, and specialty beverages to standard</li><li>Brew and serve drip coffee and other hot/cold drinks</li><li>Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service</li><li>Operate the POS system, handle cash and card transactions accurately</li><li>Keep the bar, equipment, and customer area clean and well-stocked</li><li>Open or close the shop, including prep and cleanup tasks</li><li>Work efficiently as part of a small team</li></ul>Shifts AvailableWe are open 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, seven days a week, including weekends. Two shift options:<ul><li>Opening shift: 6:15 AM &ndash; 1:00 PM</li><li>Closing shift: 12:30 PM &ndash; 7:15 PM</li></ul>Weekend availability is required.
