We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ESI, PF, and general office administration.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage and maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.</li><li>Handle ESI, PF, and other statutory compliance efficiently.</li><li>Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.</li><li>Support day-to-day office administration tasks.</li><li>Coordinate with management for HR-related matters.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of ESI, PF, and statutory compliance.</li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office and HR management software.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From &#8377;15,000.00 per monthLanguage:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
