We&rsquo;re looking for a Customer Service &amp; Sales Representative (Remote Position) to join our growing team specialized in nail care products and professional nail training services Responsibilities:<ul><li>Communicate with clients via phone and WhatsApp.</li><li>Provide information about products and training courses.</li><li>Follow up with customers after purchase or booking to ensure satisfaction.</li><li>Achieve monthly sales targets.</li></ul>Work Details:<ul><li>Remote position (work from home)</li><li>Shift-based schedule (morning/evening shifts)</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Excellent communication skills and a polite, professional attitude.</li><li>Experience in customer service or sales (preferably in beauty or cosmetics).</li><li>Good knowledge of WhatsApp, CRM tools, and spreadsheets.</li><li>Punctual, organized, and team-oriented.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: E&pound;10,000.00 - E&pound;15,000.00 per month
