Key focus areas for the General Manager include&hellip;<ul><li>Total Caf&eacute; Performance across KPIs (Sales, Labor, COGs)</li><li>FOH Customer Experience</li><li>Product Offerings (Selection &amp; Stocking)</li><li>Culture</li><li>New Customers (Getting &amp; Retaining )</li></ul>Goals: (Will impact your success and advancement)<ul><li>Labor &amp; COGS</li><li>Employee Retention</li><li>Customer Reviews</li><li>Health Inspection</li><li>Audits</li><li>Staffing</li></ul>Skills Required:<ul><li>Very comfortable with math and conversions</li><li>High attention to detail</li><li>Strong leadership and communication</li><li>High emotional intelligence and team empathy</li><li>Organized and detail-oriented</li><li>Sales-driven and results-oriented</li><li>Able to work calmly under pressure and in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Ability to inspire and educate both staff and customers</li><li>Extremely organized and process-oriented</li><li>Excellent written communicator in both messages &amp; email</li></ul>Certifications &amp; Technology:<ul><li>ServSafe Manager (required)</li><li>Restaurant 365 reporting (nice to have)</li><li>Google Sheets / Excel (comfortable in using)</li></ul>Job Description:Daily Operations &amp; Leadership<ul><li>Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations during open hours, including food prep, service, cleanliness, and closing procedures.</li><li>Create the plan for the day &amp; week.</li><li>Create and manage employee shift schedules to ensure appropriate coverage.</li><li>Maintain a visible presence on the floor and in the kitchen to lead by example.</li></ul>Team Management &amp; Development<ul><li>Recruit, hire, train, and onboard new team members.</li><li>Motivate and manage team performance, address issues promptly and fairly.</li><li>Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture with high morale and accountability.</li></ul>Customer Experience<ul><li>Build relationships with excellent service and hospitality at all times.</li><li>Resolve customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally.</li><li>Promote a welcoming atmosphere aligned with Clean Eatz values.</li></ul>Financial Oversight<ul><li>Monitor daily sales and labor reports; manage food and labor costs.</li><li>Enter invoices, track inventory, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships.</li></ul>Cleanliness, Safety &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Ensure compliance with local health codes, food safety standards, and labor laws.</li><li>Train staff on safety, sanitation, and emergency protocols.</li><li>Maintain equipment and facilities in safe working order.</li></ul>Local Marketing &amp; Promotions<ul><li>Execute store-level &amp; local marketing initiatives (specials, holidays, events).</li><li>Respond to reviews.</li></ul>Reporting &amp; Communication<ul><li>Report store performance to the Regional Manager or owner.</li><li>Communicate updates, goals, and feedback to staff effectively.</li></ul>Caf&eacute; hours are 11:00am &ndash; 7:00pm weekdays, and 11:00am &ndash; 3:00pm weekends.We are a rapidly growing company and looking for General Managers to work across the Greater Cincinnati Area and other locations in the future - so come GROW WITH US!From the owners: We are committed to helping individuals reach their goals &ndash; and that includes YOU!
