Job Title: Manager / Senior Manager &ndash; FP&amp;A. 
Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Regional Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations for a district of the Environmental Sales &amp; Service business. This role encompasses a blend of traditional finance responsibilities and controllership, requiring a keen eye for detail and a strong foundation in financial acumen, as well as the opportunity to roll up the sleeves and dig into resolving accounting and financial problems.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities: 
Financial Management &amp; Controllership<ul><li>
Lead monthly close processes in partnership with branch and district leaders, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.</li><li>
Ensure timely posting of journal entries, accruals, and adjustments while maintaining compliance with internal policies and accounting standards.</li><li>
Prepare, Review and validate financial statements for product lines including Safety Kleen, Technical Services, and Field Services.</li><li>
Conduct detailed reviews of P&amp;L and balance sheet and provide insightful information for leadership for decision making.</li><li>
Develop comprehensive financial summaries/reports highlighting various performance drivers and areas of opportunities for cost optimization.</li></ul> 
Budgeting &amp; Forecasting<ul><li>
Lead the preparation of monthly rolling forecasts for the district.</li><li>
Lead the annual budgeting process for the district.</li><li>
Support strategic initiatives with financial modelling, scenario analysis, and business case development.</li><li>
Collaborating with various business leaders to align financial goals with business strategy</li></ul> 
 Process Improvement &amp; Operational Excellence<ul><li>
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of financial operations.</li><li>
Champion automation and standardization efforts across assigned activities.</li></ul> 
Stakeholder Engagement &amp; Communication<ul><li>
Act as a trusted advisor to district and branch leadership, translating financial data into actionable insights.</li><li>
Communicate complex financial concepts clearly to non-financial stakeholders.</li><li>
Foster strong cross-functional relationships with operations, shared services, and corporate finance teams.</li></ul>
QUALIFICATIONS
Qualification / Technical Skills:<ul><li>
Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field (CA/CMA &ndash; Inter or MBA).</li><li>
Experience: Minimum 12&ndash;15 years of progressive experience in FP&amp;A, financial controllership, or business finance roles, with strong functional and application knowledge in US GAAP.</li><li>
Systems Expertise: Proficiency in financial ERP systems (Oracle preferred), Excel, and data visualization tools.</li><li>
Skills:<ul><li>
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.</li><li>
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.</li><li>

Job Overview:<ul><li>
The District Branch Administration (DBA) team primarily responsibility to support a group of facilities as a corporate function. Oversees and manages the administrative and clerical functions of the facility operations.</li></ul>
RESPONSIBILITIES 
<ul><li>
Branch representatives (US) will upload daily work sheet documents in portal to review. You are responsible to do the audit and rectification of Waste shipment documents (US Manifest and BOL).</li><li>
Responsible to create documentation of BOL and US Manifest for future services and inform the onsite branch manager through email.</li><li>
Provide labels/BOLs to onsite branch to move the waste materials from one facility to another where required.</li><li>
Responsible to support post-billing documentation activities and back-up packages for customer required invoice details.</li><li>
Ensures payroll reconciliation workbench is tied out prior to Company deadline with proper documentation of field personnel hours.</li><li>
Procurement: Manages P-Card reconciliations and compliance.</li><li>
Purchase Orders: Creates, manages and receives all facility related purchase orders and change orders. Reviews weekly open PO report and accuracy of month-end PO accrual.</li><li>
Accounts Payable: Monitors vendor invoices, manages aging reporting, resolves vendor issues including, but not limited to copies of vendor invoices, customer service, vendor payment, Sales Tax filing, etc.</li><li>
Vouchering: Vouchers field purchase order related vendor invoices.</li><li>
Voice requirement: Have to be in continuous contact with Branches and onsite.</li></ul> 
QUALIFICATIONS<div>
Functional &amp; Technical Requirements: 
<ul><li>0 to 2+ years of Operations experience. preferably in Accounts payable / Accounts receivables / Customer or Supplier helpdesk</li><li>Hands on computer operating systems &amp; MS Office.</li><li>Need to have good typing skills to work on word documents &amp; Excel sheets.</li><li>Decent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Need to support to the onshore team&rsquo;s on specific queries.</li><li>Attention to detail &amp; ability to maintain confidentiality.</li></ul></div></div>
