Position Summary 
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Warehouse Manager to design, launch, and oversee our in-house warehouse and fulfillment operations. Ideal for an entrepreneurial builder, this role covers setup, SOPs, team management, logistics, and automation to create a compliant, scalable operation.
Key Responsibilities 
Warehouse Setup &amp; Infrastructure<ul><li>
Design efficient warehouse layouts for multiple SKUs</li><li>
Install racking, labeling, climate control, and security</li><li>
Develop SOPs for receiving, picking, packing, shipping</li><li>
Build scalable systems for growth</li></ul>
Fulfillment &amp; Logistics<ul><li>
Manage inbound/outbound logistics, fulfillment, and returns</li><li>
Coordinate with 3PLs, carriers, and teams to optimize cost and speed</li><li>
Oversee daily orders via Shopify, ShipStation, ShipHero</li><li>
Track KPIs: inventory accuracy, fulfillment rate, shipping errors, cost per order</li></ul>
Team Leadership &amp; Culture<ul><li>
Recruit, train, and manage staff</li><li>
Lead stand-ups, reviews, and scheduling</li><li>
Maintain a safe, organized, GMP-compliant warehouse</li><li>
Foster accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement</li></ul>
Inventory &amp; Compliance<ul><li>
Ensure real-time inventory accuracy</li><li>
Conduct cycle counts and audits</li><li>
Implement GMP-compliant storage/handling</li><li>
Collaborate with QA on FDA/DSHEA compliance</li></ul>
Technology &amp; Continuous Improvement<ul><li>
Select and integrate WMS, label printing, and shipping tools</li><li>
Automate eCommerce&ndash;warehouse data flow</li><li>
Apply Lean/Six Sigma to boost efficiency and reduce waste</li><li>
Continuously improve cost, accuracy, and throughput</li></ul>
Qualifications 
Required:<ul><li>
7+ years in warehouse/fulfillment management (DTC/eCommerce/CPG preferred)</li><li>
Experience building or scaling warehouses, ideally 3PL to in-house</li><li>
Strong GMP, FDA, DSHEA compliance knowledge</li><li>
Skilled in Shopify, ShipStation, ShipHero, or similar</li><li>
Expertise in inventory control, forecasting, KPI tracking</li><li>
Experience hiring, training, managing teams</li><li>
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, reporting</li><li>
Knowledge of shipping carriers</li><li>
OSHA certification or safety program experience</li></ul>
Preferred:<ul><li>
Dietary supplement, food, or cosmetic industry experience</li><li>
Lean/Six Sigma background</li><li>

We&rsquo;re seeking a Head of Software Development to lead technical vision, execution, and team-building to complete and scale our systems.
Role Overview
The Head of Software Development will manage all technology initiatives across Clean Nutra and Ecom ERP. Responsibilities include finalizing our ERP system, leading developers, overseeing system integrations (Shopify, Amazon, TikTok), and building a top-tier technical team. You&rsquo;ll act as both strategic leader and technical executor, ensuring seamless and scalable systems throughout the company.
Core Responsibilities<ul><li>
Lead completion and optimization of Ecom ERP (payments, inventory, purchasing, integrations, reporting, AI modules)</li><li>
Audit and refactor code as needed; ensure robust, scalable, secure data pipelines and APIs</li><li>
Oversee Shopify development, front-end developers, and system integrations</li><li>
Manage and integrate AI &amp; automation projects (video/image generation, ad automation, listing optimizers)</li><li>
Build and lead an internal development team; manage agencies and freelancers as needed</li><li>
Implement agile process, track performance, and report key progress to executives</li><li>
Oversee integrations across all business systems (Shopify, Amazon, finance, 3PL, CRM, etc.)</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>
7+ years leading software/product development teams</li><li>
Deep knowledge of SaaS architecture, APIs, and full-stack systems</li><li>
Proven delivery of complex software builds</li><li>
Experience with Shopify API, Amazon SP-API, ERPs, and AI integrations preferred</li><li>
Proficiency in Node.js, Python, React, or similar stacks</li><li>
Excellent project management and leadership skills</li><li>
Experience hiring and mentoring technical talent</li></ul>

As a key leader, you will drive marketing strategy and execution across customer acquisition and retention, blending storytelling with data-driven insights.
