We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Arabic-speaking female Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Managing Director. The ideal candidate will have a strong secretarial background, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to implement modern administrative practices.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide high-level secretarial support to the MD including encoding correspondences, reports, and documents.</li><li>Handle and screen incoming calls and visitors, ensuring professional and courteous communication.</li><li>Schedule and coordinate meetings with internal departments and external stakeholders.</li><li>Follow up with various departments, companies, and individuals on pending documents and tasks as requested by the MD.</li><li>Coordinate with the Administration team for arrangements and follow-ups as per MD&rsquo;s instructions.</li><li>Manage all inward and outward correspondence of the MD&rsquo;s office to ensure timely and accurate receipt and dispatch.</li><li>Set up and maintain confidential filing systems for the MD&rsquo;s office correspondence and documents.</li><li>Collect reports from various departments and compile consolidated reports for the MD.</li><li>Prioritize and follow through on issues and concerns, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature.</li><li>Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external associates.</li><li>Implement new administrative practices and streamline office procedures for efficiency.</li><li>Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all aspects of the role.</li><li>Proficiently use MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software tools.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration or related field.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in a secretarial or executive assistant role, preferably supporting senior leadership.</li><li>Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.</li><li>Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.</li><li>High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.</li><li>Ability to work independently and under pressure.</li><li>Experience in implementing modern office practices and systems.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract Contract length: 24 monthsPay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,300.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Currently available in UAE for interview?</li><li>Can join immediately?</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Secretarial: 5 years (Required)</li><li>MS OFFICE: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li><li>Arabic (Required)</li></ul>
