Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>As a Tendering and Estimation Executive specializing in Infrastructure/ Waste sector / Oil &amp; Gas / Engineering, his role in preparing submissions for RFP, RFQ, strategize be competitive in bids and estimates for all kinds of waste management infrastructure projects in collaboration with internal sales and technical teams to ensure accurate and timely submissions that meet client requirements and regulatory standards.</li><li>Work experience with diverse stakeholder, such as, OEMs, JV partners, and Consultants on various Infrastructure/ Waste sector / Oil &amp; Gas / Engineering projects in the GCC region.</li><li>Support the development of commercial proposals, including Contracts, Technical Narratives, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, whilst ensuring that commercial including safety risks are mitigated.</li><li>Lead proactively on the submission of tenders, create the database of tendering documents such as methodologies, manpower, materials, machineries and equipment requirements.</li><li>Ability to meet the challenging timelines in submitting the successful tenders.</li></ul>Education: Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Chemical Engineering/Civil Engineering / Electrical Engineering (Master Degree in Engineering is preferred).Experience: Previous 3 to 5 years&rsquo; experience in tendering, estimation, planning or project management within Infrastructure/ Waste sector / Oil &amp; Gas / Engineering.Skills: Excellent analytical, numerical and writing skills for accurate cost estimation, strong communication, proficiency in MS Office Suite and MS Projects (Primavera knowledge is preferred).Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month

Senior Estimation and Tendering Executive

Candidate Having minimum Chemical/Mechanical Degree with 5 yrs experience in Cement Plant/Oil &amp; Gas/Annual Maintenance/Shutdown/piping/motor/incinerator experience.Roles and Responsibilities:<ul><li>QHSE Compliance: Ensure full compliance with QHSE policies, regulations, and standards in all aspects of plant operations and activities.</li><li>Implement and enforce QHSE protocols and practices, fostering a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.</li><li>BCM Integration: Integrate BCM principles into the plant's operational strategies, ensuring preparedness for emergencies, crises, and business disruptions.</li><li>Operational Efficiency: Optimize plant operations to enhance efficiency, productivity, and safety, while aligning with QHSE and BCM guidelines.</li><li>Team Management: Supervise and manage the plant team, providing leadership, training, and guidance to ensure adherence to QHSE policies and operational excellence.</li><li>Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated with, interpret, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and permits related to waste management and plant operations.</li><li>Emergency Response and Preparedness: Develop and maintain effective emergency response and preparedness plans, aligning with BCM principles to ensure business continuity during emergencies.</li><li>Environmental Responsibility: Implement measures to minimize the environmental impact of plant operations, including proper waste handling and disposal, in accordance with QHSE guidelines.</li></ul>Accountabilities:<ul><li>QHSE and BCM Accountability: Be accountable for QHSE and BCM compliance within the plant, ensuring that operations meet the required standards, guidelines, and continuity plans.</li><li>Operational Efficiency and Safety Accountability: Be accountable for the efficiency, safety, and productivity of plant operations, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.</li><li>Regulatory Compliance Accountability: Be accountable for ensuring that the plant adheres to all relevant laws, permits, and regulations related to waste management, safety, and environmental practices.</li></ul>Qualifications:1) Master of Engineering / Science or equivalent with 5-10 yrs of experience Medical and Hazardous waste management (Rotary Kiln incinerator)2) Certificate in Plant Maintenance or Operation preferred.3) Process management4) Good understanding of regulatory requirements for operating plants5) Strong aptitude for root cause analysis and troubleshooting operational issues6) Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and computer technology7) Excellent verbal and written communication skills8) Strong leadership and managerial attributes.
