About Us:EZ Exteriors is a dynamic and growing company specializing in construction. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities and strategic initiatives.Key Purpose of EA:The role of the EA will be to remove operational and administrative responsibilities from Executives so they can focus on revenue generation, strategic growth, leadership, and business development.The EA will be responsible for completing any task that does not require direct executive action. If the Executive can delegate it, the EA will own it.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Email Management: Monitor, prioritize, and respond to emails on behalf of the executive, ensuring timely and professional communication.</li><li>Site Visits: Drive to various job sites as needed to support the executives.</li><li>Takeoffs: Create detailed takeoffs for projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness.</li><li>Job Quotes: Assist in building job quotes, including gathering necessary data and preparing documentation.</li><li>Delegated Tasks: Handle additional tasks as delegated by the executive, which may include research, report preparation, and other administrative duties.</li><li>Task Managment: Track all executive commitments, deadlines, and action items, as well as meet regularly with the Executive to review priorities, report status, and absord delegated responsibilities.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.</li><li>Excellent organizational and time-management skills.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.</li><li>Professional development and growth opportunities.</li><li>Dental/Vision insurance offered after 90 days.</li><li>Paid time off for major holidays.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From $18.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
