Spa CoordinatorCleanse Modern Day Spa | Gilbert, AZCleanse Modern Day Spa is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Spa Coordinator who genuinely enjoys creating a welcoming experience for others.This is an ideal role for someone who loves the spa and wellness environment but prefers working in guest service, hospitality, scheduling, sales, and daily operations.Please note: This is not an aesthetician or service-provider position. This role does not include performing facials, building an aesthetician clientele, or transitioning into a treatment-room position. If you are a licensed aesthetician seeking an aesthetician role, please apply through our separate aesthetician job posting instead.About the RoleOur Spa Coordinators help create a seamless experience from the moment a guest contacts Cleanse through the end of their visit. You will support our clients, providers, and leadership team while helping the spa stay organized, welcoming, and running on schedule.This is more than a traditional receptionist position. We are looking for someone who is confident communicating with guests, enjoys recommending services and products, notices what needs to be done, and takes pride in maintaining a beautiful spa environment.Responsibilities<ul><li>Warmly greet guests and help them feel comfortable and cared for</li><li>Answer phone calls, texts, emails, and booking questions</li><li>Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments accurately</li><li>Check guests in and out using our spa software</li><li>Recommend services, enhancements, memberships, packages, and retail products</li><li>Educate guests on spa policies and upcoming promotions</li><li>Support providers with schedule changes and daily communication</li><li>Help resolve guest concerns calmly and professionally</li><li>Maintain the reception area, retail displays, lounges, and shared spaces</li><li>Assist with laundry, room turnover, refreshments, and other operational needs when necessary</li><li>Monitor the daily schedule and proactively address gaps, delays, or booking issues</li><li>Complete opening, closing, and assigned administrative tasks</li><li>Contribute to a positive, helpful, and team-oriented work environment</li></ul>You may be a great fit if you:<ul><li>Love the spa, beauty, wellness, or hospitality industry</li><li>Are naturally warm, personable, and professional</li><li>Enjoy helping people and creating memorable guest experiences</li><li>Are comfortable recommending and selling services, memberships, and products</li><li>Communicate clearly in person, over the phone, and through text</li><li>Are organized and able to manage several priorities at once</li><li>Take initiative instead of waiting to be told what to do</li><li>Remain calm and solutions-focused when schedules change</li><li>Are reliable, punctual, and accountable</li><li>Enjoy being part of a busy, growing small business</li><li>Are willing to help wherever needed rather than viewing tasks as &ldquo;not my job&rdquo;</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, salon, spa, or front-desk experience is preferred</li><li>Sales or membership experience is a plus</li><li>Strong computer, written communication, and multitasking skills</li><li>Ability to stand, walk, bend, and assist with light cleaning, laundry, and room preparation throughout a shift</li><li>Availability to work a consistent schedule, including evenings and/or Saturdays, as required</li><li>Must be dependable and able to arrive on time for every scheduled shift</li></ul>Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li></ul>Work Location: In person
