 We&rsquo;re seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer to lead the design and delivery of complex, event‑driven systems in a highly regulated environment. You will architect and build scalable services, elevate engineering standards, and collaborate across teams to deliver products that advance both TSA&rsquo;s and CLEAR&rsquo;s missions.
 
 
 The ideal candidate pairs innovation with rigor; has a record of shipping resilient software with robust observability; solves complex problems with simple, elegant solutions; and demonstrates the leadership to drive cross‑functional initiatives from concept to impact.

 What You&rsquo;ll Do:

 Build well-architected systems in highly regulated government environments enabling our partners to complete their mission.
 </li>
 <li>
 Capture technical requirements and define high/low level design for software solutions using AWS technologies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Raise the bar on code quality by writing and reviewing code ensuring the team produces secure, reliable, available and maintainable code.
 </li>
 <li>
 Take the lead on defining, implementing and improving engineering and operational best practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Take the lead on improving how the team proactively resolves systemic issues before they impact our customers
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;re Great At:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 6+ years of non-internship full stack software development experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Full software development life cycle experience, including defining requirements, design and test plans; implementing code and test automation; executing tests at all levels; and refining and building operational excellence practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience building complex multi-component, event-driven systems
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ideally 3+ years working in government sectors
 </li>
 <li>
 Professional experience (3+ years) with languages such as Java, Typescript, and SQL and with frameworks such as React
 </li>

 As CLEAR&rsquo;s Website &amp; SEO Lead, you&rsquo;ll own our website as a core growth channel driving traffic, engagement, and enrollments. You&rsquo;ll lead day-to-day SEO and content initiatives, grow our blog and FAQs, and ensure our site is always optimized to tell CLEAR&rsquo;s story. Partnering closely with the Paid Media and Creative teams, you&rsquo;ll use SEO and website insights to optimize campaigns and landing pages, maximizing performance across channels.

 What you'll do:

 Own website strategy &amp; management: Oversee CLEAR&rsquo;s website as a marketing channel ensuring content, UX, and performance align with business goals.

 Lead SEO marketing initiatives: &nbsp;Drive organic growth by improving search visibility through keyword research, on-page optimization, and enhanced results (e.g., FAQs, how-to guides, events).
 </li>
 <li>
 Build a content engine: Develop and scale a blog strategy that strengthens our thought leadership and fuels enrollments by garnering organic search engine and LLM-referral traffic.
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement structured data: Leverage structured data Schema Markup to increase appearances in SERP Features and visibility in LLMs, statically for individual pages and programmatically where feasible.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain content quality &amp; governance: Ensure all web content follows SEO best practices, brand guidelines, and provides a clear, consistent user experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with paid media: Collaborate on campaign landing pages and site optimizations that improve customer journeys and maximize ROAS and conversion rates.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Support launches &amp; campaigns: Work cross-functionally with Product, Creative, and Marketing to execute site enhancements for campaigns, product launches, and always-on programs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage site health &amp; best practices: Monitor site speed, metadata, and overall performance to ensure a smooth user experience and strong search visibility.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track &amp; optimize performance: Leverage Google Tag Manager and analytics tools (GA4, Search Console, Looker) to track key website events, run A/B tests, and turn insights into continuous improvements.&nbsp;

 <li>
 Analyze and improve customer journeys: Evaluate how visitors move through the site and enhance their experience by making pages faster, easier to use, and aligned with Google&rsquo;s performance standards.

 Site testing &amp; personalization: Launch testing and personalization initiatives on the sitewide or individual page level, leveraging insights from said initiatives to improve the production site&rsquo;s conversation rate.

 Search innovation: Balance today&rsquo;s SEO best practices with the future of AI-powered discovery, helping CLEAR remain visible and relevant as customer search behaviors evolve.
