Position Summary: 
The Release Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and deployment of software releases for our advanced telephony solutions and IoT device ecosystem. The role will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality assurance, product management, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality software that meets customer expectations and organizational objectives.
 This is a Remote/Work from Home position reporting to the Director of Quality Assurance & Release Management.
 
What you will do: 
<ul>
<li>Develop and manage detailed release plans, timelines, and schedules, ensuring alignment with project milestones and business priorities.</li>
<li>Coordinate release readiness reviews, including risk assessments and stakeholder sign-offs.</li>
<li>Act as the central point of communication for release-related activities across engineering, QA, and product teams.</li>
<li>Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, including the leadership team, on release progress and risks.</li>
<li>Define, document, and continuously improve release management processes, including CI/CD pipeline integration, version control, and rollback strategies.</li>
<li>Maintain a comprehensive release calendar to provide visibility into the release schedule and dependencies.</li>
<li>Lead deployment activities, ensuring minimal disruption to live environments while adhering to downtime and SLA commitments.</li>
<li>Monitor release performance and address post-release issues in collaboration with support teams.</li>
<li>Collaborate with QA teams to ensure all deliverables meet quality standards, including ASR and ACD functionalities for telephony and IoT platforms.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and organizational policies throughout the release cycle.</li>
<li>Oversee the configuration and maintenance of tools used for release management, such as Jenkins, Git, AWS deployment tools, and monitoring systems.</li>
<li>Manage test and staging environments, ensuring parity with production systems for accurate release validation.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.</li>
<li>7+ years of experience in release management, quality assurance, or related roles in IoT, or software development industry.</li>
<li>Experience in working with Agile and DevOps principles</li>
<li>Knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and release automation.</li>
<li>Project management experience with the ability to handle multiple releases simultaneously.</li>
<li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li>
<li>IoT device ecosystems knowledge preferred.</li>
<li>Familiarity with regulatory requirements preferred</li>
<li>Certification in Agile (e.g., SAFe, CSM) or DevOps is a plus.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation, and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills, self-directed and able to handle multiple priorities with demanding timeframes.</li>
<li>Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a high-quality results-driven, team-oriented environment.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to use discretion, make sound decisions, and maintain confidentiality.</li>
<li>Proficient in MS Office, modern communication tools for virtual teams (i.e., MS Teams)</li>

Compensation: 
$103,500 to $120,000 plus 5% determined by competitive market analysis and internal equity considerations. Final compensation will be based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and business needs. Position Summary: 
The Client Care Specialist will work in a customer service environment responding to inbound customer assistance and general inquiries related to our caption service. This includes account maintenance and training.
 
This is a Remote/Work from Home position reporting to the CEX Operations Supervisor.
 
What you will do: 
<ul>
<li>Inbound phone contacts will be the primary delivery of work as well as Chat services.</li>
<li>Respond to and manage inbound customer inquiries daily.</li>
<li>Work closely with ClearCaptions customers to provide feature training related to ClearCaptions products and services.</li>
<li>Meet weekly/ monthly metrics related to service level, performance, and customer satisfaction.</li>
<li>Manage customer contacts within Salesforce CRM and adhere to standard operating procedures for data capture.</li>
<li>Other duties will include general account maintenance such as updating customer records, features, and usage questions while ensuring satisfaction with our service.</li>

Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>The qualified candidate will have experience in verbally explaining complex information in concise terms to customers.</li>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred but not required.</li>
<li>Minimum three years Customer Service experience.</li>
<li>Basic telephony troubleshooting experience.</li>
<li>Customer installation support experience.</li>
<li>Minimum two years technical support experience in a call center environment or proven technical ability.</li>
<li>Ability to clearly communicate with a wide variety of customers.</li>
<li>Ability to identify customer needs over the phone.</li>
<li>Good interpersonal skills and a team player.</li>
<li>Logical thinker who can follow standard operating procedures.</li>
<li>Ability to problem solve with limited information.</li>
<li>Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation, and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills, self-directed and able to handle multiple priorities with demanding timeframes.</li>

Physical Demands & Work Environment: 
Primary functions require the ability to communicate over the phone effectively and clearly with individuals suffering from hearing loss. Must use provided headset for audio quality in our call center environment. Physical ability and mobility to regularly stand or sit for prolonged periods of time and use tablet, cell phone and keyboard and monitor requiring close vision.
