The Territory Training &amp; Sales Manager will primarily conduct company installs from leads in our customer homes (90%) and spend the remainder of their time generating referrals and building relationships within the community.</p><br>

The earning range is $75k-$80k with an uncapped upside.</p>
<p>
$45k is the base salary.</p>

Position Summary:</b></div>

<div>The Territory Training &amp; Sales Manager (TTSM) is a caring, customer service-oriented individual with a demonstrable passion for helping people with hearing loss. This is an in-the-field position that brings the privilege and opportunity to individually install and train our customers in using the ClearCaptions equipment and service in order to effectively enrich their lives.</div></div><div><br>

</div></div><div><div>As TTSM you must enjoy working with a variety of people, mostly senior citizens, in their homes. This is a full-time position for those who enjoy and excel when working independently.</div></div><div><br>

</div></div><div><div>The ClearCaptions TTSM will be provided installations to accept, complete installation and train customers on the features and benefits of their caption telephone service. The ClearCaptions TTSM is also responsible to create their own leads through customer referrals, building relationships with hearing care providers/other business partners who will refer and through establishing their own events where they will educate customers about their entitlement to the equipment and service.</div></div><div><br>

</div></div><div><div>This is a Remote/Work from Home position reporting to the Regional Sales Manager.</div></div><br>

What you will do:</b></div>
<ul>
<li>Install the ClearCaptions Phone and/or other ClearCaptions products and connect the phone to the customers&rsquo; existing services. You will be provided training.</li>
<li>Educate customers on how to use the phone and its features.</li>
<li>Establish relationships with retirement communities and groups in your local market.</li>
<li>Create, attend and educate consumers in Senior Events and other events.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Build relationships with and educate Hearing Professionals on OUR Caption Telephone Services options in your local market.</li>
<li>Maintain adequate inventory of equipment and supplies in order to service customers</li>
<li>Create lead-generation activities and generate referrals.</li>
<li>Adapt to new responsibilities and opportunities as necessary.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain positive relationships with the customers assigned to them by ClearCaptions in their sales territory.</li>
<li>Be actively involved local Senior Citizens &amp; Hard of Hearing organizations and events, &amp; trade shows in your local community.</li>
<li>Maintain appropriate customer and territory records using Salesforce and other tools provided by ClearCaptions.</li></ul><br>

Qualifications:</b></div>

<li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li>
<li>Outside sales experience, Business to Business and/or Business to Consumer.</li>
<li>Sales experience or other work with seniors preferred.</li>
<li>Experience working in the hearing health field beneficial.</li>
<li>Have a valid driver&rsquo;s license and a personal automobile.</li>
<li>Ability to travel extensively by car in the assigned region and by air on occasion.</li>
<li>Work from a local home office equipped with high-speed Internet.</li>
<li>Proficient computer skills and basic use of the internet.</li>
<li>Comfortable working with seniors and disabled persons</li>
<li>Willing and available to work flexible hours including weekends.

<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation, and problem-solving skills.</li>

<b>Position Summary:</b><br>
The Client Care Specialist will work in a customer service environment responding to inbound customer assistance and general inquiries related to our caption service. This includes account maintenance and training.
<br><br>
This is a Remote/Work from Home position reporting to the CEX Operations Supervisor.
<br><br>
<b>What you will do:</b><br>
<ul>
<li>Inbound phone contacts will be the primary delivery of work as well as Chat services.</li>
<li>Respond to and manage inbound customer inquiries daily.</li>
<li>Work closely with ClearCaptions customers to provide feature training related to ClearCaptions products and services.</li>
<li>Meet weekly/ monthly metrics related to service level, performance, and customer satisfaction.</li>
<li>Manage customer contacts within Salesforce CRM and adhere to standard operating procedures for data capture.</li>
<li>Other duties will include general account maintenance such as updating customer records, features, and usage questions while ensuring satisfaction with our service.</li>

<li>The qualified candidate will have experience in verbally explaining complex information in concise terms to customers.</li>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred but not required.</li>
<li>Minimum three years Customer Service experience.</li>
<li>Basic telephony troubleshooting experience.</li>
<li>Customer installation support experience.</li>
<li>Minimum two years technical support experience in a call center environment or proven technical ability.</li>
<li>Ability to clearly communicate with a wide variety of customers.</li>
<li>Ability to identify customer needs over the phone.</li>
<li>Good interpersonal skills and a team player.</li>
<li>Logical thinker who can follow standard operating procedures.</li>
<li>Ability to problem solve with limited information.</li>
<li>Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.</li>

Must use provided headset for audio quality in our call center environment. Physical ability and mobility to regularly stand or sit for prolonged periods of time and use tablet, cell phone and keyboard and monitor requiring close vision.
