What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>
Work directly with the Prosthodontist to assist in advanced dental procedures, particularly dental implant treatments</li><li>
Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment, ensuring strict infection control standards</li><li>
Provide chair-side assistance during procedures, anticipate the dentist&rsquo;s needs, and keep the treatment area clear and organized</li><li>
Make patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit</li><li>
Take dental x-rays, process radiographs, and assist with radiographic imaging</li><li>
Prepare materials for impressions and restorations</li><li>
Educate patients on post-operative care and general oral hygiene</li><li>
Support the prosthetic team with inventory management, lab coordination, and recordkeeping</li><li>
Perform office tasks as needed, such as scheduling appointments, receiving patients, maintaining records, and ordering supplies</li><li>
Collaborate with other clinical staff, including oral surgeons, hygienists, and Patient Education Consultants to ensure exceptional care</li><li>
Assist in specialized areas such as oral surgery, periodontics, and prosthodontics</li></ul>
Skills and Experience We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>
Valid certifications that meet applicable state requirements</li><li>
2+ years of previous experience in a dental assisting role</li><li>
Prior experience with dental implants or prosthodontics is highly desirable</li><li>
Strong manual dexterity and ability to handle dental instruments with precision</li><li>
Ability to remain calm under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment</li><li>
Excellent communication and patient care skills</li><li>
Comfortable with radiographic equipment and digital dental technology</li></ul>

What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>
Provide chairside assistance to oral surgeons and prosthodontists during surgical and implant procedures</li><li>
Anticipate clinician needs and maintain a clear, organized treatment area</li><li>
Assist with administration and documentation of local anesthesia, nitrous sedation, and IV sedation procedures</li><li>
Ensure patient comfort, monitor well-being, and educate them on pre- and post-operative care</li><li>
Prepare, sterilize, and set up instruments and surgical trays, following strict infection control protocols</li><li>
Take dental x-rays and prepare materials for impressions, as directed</li><li>
Assist with medical clearances and patient record management</li><li>
Support office operations by scheduling, greeting patients, and managing supplies when needed</li><li>
Collaborate closely with the surgical and prosthetic teams to ensure seamless patient care</li></ul>
Skills and Experience We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>
Previous experience as a Surgical Assistant required</li><li>
Valid certifications that meet applicable state requirements</li><li>
Strong manual dexterity and ability to handle surgical instruments with precision</li><li>
