<div>ClearChoice is seeking an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon part-time to place dental implants for patients wanting &quot;All-on- X&quot; solutions. Work as a 1099 independent contractor, 1-2 days/week, depending on your availability. Surgeries are typically from 7am until around 11:00am.

Job Description:<ul><li>
Perform dental implant surgery including the extraction of teeth and alveolectomy as necessary.</li><li>
Provide safe and effective anesthesia services. A CRNA is provided in some centers or as needed.</li><li>
Work in close collaboration with Prosthodontist to help plan cases for the best possible results.</li><li>
Conduct work in compliance with office policies and procedures, safety, OSHA, and MSDS guidelines.</li></ul>
Desired Skills and Experience 
Education/Qualifications:<ul><li>
Experience with the AO4 procedure.</li><li>
Graduate of a U.S. accredited four year dental school (DMD or DDS).</li><li>
Post graduate U.S. surgical program with certificate to practice oral surgery.</li><li>
Successfully passing a thorough background check.</li></ul>

Perform all phases of prosthetic dentistry and related dental implant services to the appropriate standards as set forth by the practice.</li><li>
Examine, diagnose, and treat diseases, injuries, and malformations of teeth and gums.</li></ul><ul><li>
Diagnose the need for implants and the risks of success and failure in individual patients and procedures.</li><li>
Educate prospective patients on their diagnosis of partial edentulism and the methods of restorations that are available for their care, particularly the integration of implants.</li><li>
Employ surgical skills related to placement of dental implants and managing patients with recent implant surgery.</li><li>
Place dental implants and fit dental appliances.</li><li>
Work closely with in-house laboratory and contracted laboratory to direct and review surgical and final dental prostheses.</li><li>
Manage pain/infection in patients preceding, during, and following implant surgery.</li><li>
Supervise and direct Prosthodontists Assistants, Surgical Assistants, Dental Assistants, and Sterilization Techs.</li></ul>
