Key Responsibilities

<li>Act as the primary day-to-day contact for enterprise clients, expertly managing all technical and operational touchpoints.</li>
<li>Lead client onboarding, solution implementation, and troubleshooting facilitating smooth integration with ClearGrid s AI-driven platforms and APIs.</li>
<li>Understand clients technical requirements, mapping them to ClearGrid s capabilities to ensure maximum value realization.</li>
<li>Partner with engineering and product teams to resolve complex integration issues, relay feature requests, and provide actionable client feedback.</li>
<li>Develop comprehensive product and integration documentation tailored to internal and client-facing needs.</li>
<li>Proactively monitor account health, usage, and performance identifying opportunities for clients to adopt new solutions and features.</li>
<li>Help shape customer success strategies, improving processes as our fast-growth startup evolves.</li>
<li>Represent the client s voice internally, influencing the product roadmap and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.</li>
<li>Occasionally travel to client sites for launches, quarterly business reviews, or technical workshops as needed.</li>

 Business Development Specialist
 
 will be responsible for expanding ClearGrid&rsquo;s footprint in the KSA &amp; UAE by securing partnerships with banks, fintechs, and financial institutions. This role requires a strong network within the financial ecosystem, a deep understanding of B2B sales, and the ability to drive revenue growth through strategic alliances. The ideal candidate will be a proactive dealmaker with experience in financial services, SaaS, or fintech partnerships.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities

 Negotiation &amp; Contracting: Lead deal negotiations, structure commercial agreements, and drive favorable outcomes for ClearGrid.

 Industry Positioning: Represent ClearGrid at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand awareness and thought leadership.
 </li>
 <li>
 Market Research &amp; Insights: Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to refine ClearGrid&rsquo;s go-to-market strategy.
 </li>

 Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with product, compliance, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of new partners.

 Requirements

 Experience: 5+ years in business development, sales, or partnerships within fintech, banking, or SaaS.
 </li>
 <li>
 Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the financial sector, B2B partnerships, and regulatory landscapes in both UAE and KSA.

 Sales Acumen: Proven track record in closing deals and driving revenue growth in financial services or fintech.
 </li>
 <li>
 Negotiation &amp; Communication: Strong ability to structure and negotiate high-value commercial agreements.
 </li>

 Networking: Well-connected within the banking and fintech ecosystem in UAE and KSA.
 </li>
 <li>
 Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with AI-driven financial products, digital platforms, and SaaS sales models.
 </li>

 Language: Fluency in Arabic and English a must.
 </li>
 <li>
 Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
