<div>Clear Lake Bank &amp; Trust Company is searching for an energetic, customer-focused, and professional candidate to join our Teller Operations team in a full-time position. This position is located primarily in our Clear Lake location as a Teller and Receptionist providing the highest quality of customer service, ensuring accuracy and precision in receiving and recording deposits and many more customer service requests for customers.

Duties include but are not limited to:<ul><li>
Provide bank customers with information about accounts in person or over the phone.</li><li>
Manage a cash drawer and successfully balance at the end of the day.</li><li>
Process a variety of account transactions for business and consumer accounts.</li><li>
Provides primary coverage for incoming telephone calls.</li><li>
Greets and direct walk-in customer traffic.</li><li>
Ask questions to triage and direct phone and in-person inquiries.</li><li>
Responsible for mail retrieval and disbursement, and clerical functions to support various departments.</li><li>
Cross-sell bank products when applicable to benefit the customer.</li></ul>
Typical work Schedule:<ul><li>
Full-time hours: Monday-Friday 7:30 AM &ndash; 5:15 PM</li><li>
Saturdays 7:45 AM - 12:00 Noon approximately every other Saturday; Saturday shift bonus pay available</li><li>
Candidates will be expected to be able to be flexible with scheduling based upon the needs of the Bank.</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>
Proficient in PC usage and standard office applications, experience with multi-line phone</li><li>
Excellent customer service and communication skills;</li><li>
Basic accounting skills, cash handling, and/or previous teller experience is preferred but not required.</li></ul>
