Executive Assistant / Junior Processor (Commission-Only)Compensation: $50-$55 per funded file Employment Type: Independent Contractor / Commission Only Location: Remote (or specify if hybrid/on-site)About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Executive Assistant / Junior Processor to support our growing mortgage/real estate operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates well, and takes ownership of tasks from start to finish. You will work directly with the executive team and senior processor to ensure files move smoothly through the pipeline and clients receive an exceptional experience.This is a commission-only position, paid per funded file. If you are efficient, proactive, and motivated by performance-based income, this is an excellent long-term opportunity.Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative &amp; Executive Support<ul><li>Manage calendars, emails, and follow-ups for the executive team</li><li>Coordinate communication between clients, partners, lenders, and internal staff</li><li>Prepare documents, organize digital files, and maintain CRM/task management systems</li><li>Assist with daily operational tasks</li></ul>Junior Processing Tasks<ul><li>Collect required documentation from borrowers and partners</li><li>Review submitted documents for completeness and accuracy</li><li>Submit files to processing platforms and follow up on any outstanding items</li><li>Track milestones</li><li>Sending out documents via DocuSign for signature</li><li>Requesting/Opening Title/ Escrow documentation</li><li>Ordering and checking in Appraisal's</li><li>Provide regular status updates to borrowers, Loan Officers and Agents</li><li>Communicate with borrowers and loan officers to support the processing workflow</li><li>Ensure compliance with company and industry standards throughout file handling</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Prior experience in mortgage processing, real estate transactions, or administrative support (preferred but not required if fast learner)</li><li>Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Comfortable working independently and taking initiative</li><li>Tech-savvy: familiar with CRM systems, Microsoft/Google Suite, and online communication tools</li><li>High attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through</li><li>Reliable and able to meet deadlines consistently</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>Commission Only: $50-55 per funded file</li></ul>Compensation is paid upon successful funding of each file.
