Our Clinical Liaisons are responsible for evaluating potential patients to determine if they meet admissions criteria. These individuals maintain assigned sales and marketing territory, prepare development plans, marketing, conduct calls and present to potential referral sources while integrating company values into daily practice.
This position is full time and will work day shifts
Job Duties include, but are not limited to:<ul><li>
Maintains assigned sales territory. Develops, implements, evaluates, and refines territory sales plans based upon data, trends, market needs, and facility needs.</li><li>
Effectively track sales activity, maintain client profiles, and ensure compliance with Company&rsquo;s standards.</li><li>
Conducts proper pre-admission patient evaluations in a timely manner.</li><li>
Coordinates specific marketing and public relations activities such as conferences exhibits, seminars/in-services, advertising, media relations, government relations, etc. as assigned.</li></ul>
Requirements for consideration:<ul><li>
A minimum of 3 (three ) years&rsquo; experience in healthcare.
</li><li>Healthcare sales experience strongly preferred.</li><li>
Current clinical state license in good standing (Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Respiratory Therapist (RRT), Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT) or Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)) is required.</li><li>
Must maintain valid, acceptable driving record, current drivers&rsquo; license and insurability.</li></ul>
Physical Requirements Over the Course of a Shift:<ul><li>
A significant amount of standing, sitting, and driving, often for prolonged periods.</li><li>
Lifting/exerting of up to 25 lbs.</li><li>
Possible exposure to bodily fluids.</li><li>
Ability to hear overhead pages.</li><li>
Sufficient manual dexterity to operate equipment and computer keyboard.</li><li>
Close vision and the ability to adjust focus.</li></ul>

The Clinical Liaison is responsible for evaluating patients and determining if s/he meets admissions criteria. Prepares development plans, conducts calls, and presents to potential referral sources. This position must integrate company values into daily practice.
Essential Functions<ul><li>
Conducts proper pre-admission patient evaluations in a timely manner.</li><li>

Minimum Job Requirements 
Minimum Education &amp; Experience
3 years healthcare experience required (healthcare sales experienced preferred).

Required Licenses, Certifications, and/or Documentation<ul><li>
Clinical licensure required (RN, RT, LVN, PT, OT, SLP preferred).</li><li>
Must maintain valid, acceptable driving record, current driver&rsquo;s license, and insurability.</li></ul>
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities<ul><li>
Knowledge of clinical operations and procedures.</li><li>
Demonstrates an understanding of patient mix, regulatory requirements, reimbursement, etc. that impact overall hospital operations.</li><li>
Demonstrates the highest degree of customer service and professionalism.</li><li>
Demonstrates general computer skills including data entry, word processing, email, and record management.</li></ul></div>
