Position OverviewWe are seeking an Accountant who is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting functions for multiple clients, ensuring accurate financial reporting and timely completion of deliverables. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing deadlines across a diverse client portfolio.Key Responsibilities Maintain general ledgers for multiple clients across various industries Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments Perform monthly bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations Manage and complete month-end close processes for assigned clients Prepare monthly financial statements and supporting schedules Review transactions for accuracy and proper classification Communicate directly with clients to request information and resolve discrepancies Manage accounts payable and receivable processes as needed per client Assist with cleanup projects and catch-up bookkeeping Ensure all client work is completed accurately and within established deadlines Support onboarding of new clients, including system setup and process review Assist with process improvements and standardization across client accountsQualifications&middot; Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field&middot; 2&ndash;5 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience (public accounting or client services preferred)&middot; Solid understanding of GAAP fundamentals&middot; Experience managing multiple clients or entities simultaneously&middot; Proficiency in Quickbooks Online accounting software&middot; Strong Excel skills&middot; Excellent time management and organizational skillsPay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Tucson, AZ 85719
