Assist with processing of auto title documentation, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of title-related records. Be a liaison with members, internal departments, dealerships, and state agencies to facilitate the timely and efficient processing of vehicle titles, liens, and related paperwork.</div><div>

WORKING HOURS:</b> Monday&ndash;Friday 8:30am-5:00pm Hybrid with one day a week in the office.</div><div><b>

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS</b></div><ul><li>
1 year of experience in auto title processing, or a related role in the financial services industry, or dealership</li><li>
High School diploma or equivalent required</li><li>
Solid understanding of state-specific auto title regulations and procedures</li><li>
Maintain an active notary license</li><li>
Ability to work independently, as well as multi-task and prioritize work tasks</li><li>
Professional communication skills to communicate with members, team members, management, and third-party vendors through various channels as needed</li><li>
Quality and Detail oriented</li><li>
Excellent computer skills and aptitude of quickly learning applicable systems</li></ul><div><b>
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</b></div><ul><li>
Auto Title Servicing &ndash; 75%</li><li><ul><li>
Complete all aspects of vehicle title processing in accordance with state and federal regulations</li><li>
Release titles and liens on paid off loans to members and various entities</li><li>
Research and resolve missing forms, documents, and titles</li><li>
Utilize collection and core software to track, document, and update the title process</li><li>
Identify efficiencies and process improvements within your daily responsibilities</li><li>
Support daily operational functions across all business units within Member Resolutions</li><li>
Stay current with various state regulations regarding vehicle titling, liens, forms, and notary requirements
</li></ul></li><li>Collaboration &ndash; 20%</li><li><ul><li>
Provide excellent member service by resolving questions and concerns submitted through various channels</li><li>
Work closely with members, internal departments, dealerships, and state agencies to resolve title issues and discrepancies</li><li>
Collaborate with team members and Member Resolutions management to achieve department goals</li></ul></li><li>
Other duties as assigned &ndash; 5%</li><li>
