Job Summary We are seeking a Front Office person specializing in Ophthalmology or medical front office to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of medical office operations, and experience working within medical clinics.Duties<ul><li>Greet patients warmly, verify insurance coverage, and assist with appointment scheduling</li><li>Manage patient check-in and check-out processes</li><li>Perform insurance verification,</li><li>Assist with medical administrative support tasks such as filing, faxing, phone etiquette management, and multi-line phone system</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Prior experience working in a medical or ophthalmology office</li><li>Experience with insurance verification processes including Medicare and private insurers.</li><li>Excellent clerical skills</li><li>Demonstrated ability to handle front desk responsibilities with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.</li></ul>Pay: From $18.00 per hourWork Location: In person
