<p>The Server is responsible for making the residents dining experience pleasant and positive; providing the highest quality of customer service, while maintaining dining areas, seating residents and serving meals.</p>
<p><b>
Responsibilities</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Take written food orders and serve meals to residents, family members and guests in a professional, efficient and courteous manner ensuring the highest customer satisfaction</li>
<li>Assist residents with meal/menu selections as necessary or requested</li>
<li>Use proper etiquette and manners while waiting tables courteously and professionally (serving from the left, clearing used dishes between courses, etc.)</li>
<li>Review residents&rsquo; dietary needs, as outlined by the Culinary Director</li>
<li>Track resident attendance at meals in a timely manner to the appropriate person</li>
<li>Ensure that all residents are greeted and seated properly, making extra efforts to integrate new residents making them feel welcome and comfortable</li>
<li>Ensure a clean sanitary dining area and comply with all policies and procedures regarding the proper handling and serving of food</li>
<li>Display tact and friendliness when dealing with residents, associates, and guests</li>
<li>Clean and reset tables, returning dishes to kitchen</li>
<li>Clean and set up of all dining and food service areas including stocking of condiments pulling old items and restocking as necessary (sugars, salt/pepper, ketchups, etc.)</li>
<li>Cooperate and assist with other kitchen and dining services to ensure residents have a positive dining experience</li>
<li>Assist in breaking down deliveries, putting away stock, washing dishes, as needed</li>
<li>Deliver meals to resident rooms as required, including tray collection after meal service</li>
<li>Comply with Clearwater standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient community operations</li>
<li>Display a positive and professional image through actions and maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which includes wearing the proper uniform and name tag when working</li>
<li>Represent the Clearwater principles and core values on a daily basis</li>
<li>Perform other duties and tasks as assigned or required</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Qualifications</b></p>

<li>High School Diploma or GED required</li>
<li>Background clearances as required by government regulations</li>

<div><p>InSite Realty Advisors is seeking an Operations Analyst to support our Active Adult (AA) portfolio.The Operations Analyst will be instrumental in analyzing and managing the operational aspects of over 100, 55+ active adult apartment communities. This role will primarily focus on data management, operational analytics, and maintaining accurate records of rent and pricing data for the AA Portfolio.</p>

Reporting directly to the VP of Sales &amp; Marketing, the Operations Analyst will play a pivotal role in providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making processes. Occasional travel may be necessary.</div><br>

Roles &amp; Responsibilities:</b></p>

<ul><li>Data Management and Analysis:</li></ul>
</div><div><div><ul><li>Create and update monthly stacking plan database demonstrating occupancy and unit exposure.</li>
<li>Establish working relationship with management partners to facilitate data collection.</li>
<li>Consolidate large data sets into meaningful monthly reporting for InSite and ownership teams. Reporting includes but is not limited to leasing, NOI, over-time, sales KPIs, rent growth, and renewals.</li>
<li>Complete quarterly move-out analysis for AA platform, sales KPI reporting, and social media analysis.</li>
<li>
<div>Responsible for and capable of creating a large database from existing information to aggregating large volumes of data into useful dashboards and presentation utilizing excel and AI tools.</div></li></ul><br>

<ul><li>Generate recurring reports in a clear and digestible format.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Financial Analyst teams to update and improve periodic reporting workflows.</li>

<ul><li>Maintain clear and timely communication with internal stakeholders and partners to ensure alignment of platform data analysis.</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate market insights into business strategies.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Ad Hoc Support:</li></ul>
<ul><li>Assist the Sr. Vice President, ownership groups, and InSite team members with ad hoc tasks and projects as required.</li></ul></div><br>

</b></p><p><b>Skills &amp; Requirements:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or related field preferred.</li>
<li>Proven experience in operations analysis, data management, accounting, or related field within the real estate industry.</li>
<li>Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data management.</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.</li>
<li>Proficiency in data analysis tools including MS Excel, accounting software, and CRM software.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and presentation skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Flexibility to travel occasionally.</li></ul></div>
