Job Title: Maintenance Technician &ndash; Property Services (Full-Time) 
Location: Based in Allen Park, MI 
Pay: $17 &ndash; $25 per hour (based on experience) 
 
About Us: 
We&rsquo;re a fast-growing property services company delivering high-quality work in fencing, commercial window cleaning, pressure washing, landscaping, handyman services, and general building maintenance. As we ramp up for a busy season, we're looking for reliable and hard-working individuals to join our team as Field Technicians. 
 
What You&rsquo;ll Do: 
 
<ul><li>Perform building maintenance and repair for commercial and residential properties (this is the core of the role)</li>
<li>Perform pressure washing and exterior cleaning</li>
<li>Assist with fencing installations and repairs</li>
<li>Complete general handyman work (minor repairs, painting, fixture replacements, etc.)</li>
Handle occasional landscaping projects

</li></ul>Who We&rsquo;re Looking For: 
 
<ul><li>Individuals who are motivated, dependable, and take pride in their work</li>
<li>2+ years of prior experience in any of the above areas is preferred but not required &ndash; we provide training
</li><li>Must be 18+ years old and have a valid driver&rsquo;s license
</li><li>Able to lift 50+ lbs, work outdoors, and handle physical labor</li>
<li>Comfortable working daytime hours, with some evening and overtime as needed</li>
<li>Must be able to pass background checks and drug testing (some clients require this)
