Cleerly, Inc, in Denver, CO is seeking a Sr. Software Engineer to assist with the development of the next generation healthcare diagnosis system, with cutting edge technologies.</p><br>

Job responsibilities and duties include:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Create the latest software technologies required for the company, interacting constantly with the team</li>
<li>Work with internal software development teams to integrate software solutions with the healthcare diagnosis systems</li>
<li>Create cloud architecture in AWS for all company services</li>
<li>Oversee software development individual contributors working on the CI/CD pipeline</li>
<li>Build and manage the AWS infrastructure platform using Terraform (infrastructure as code)</li>
<li>Direct, oversee and participate in the building of software development processes and CI/CD pipelines</li>
<li>Stay aligned with Sprint development</li>
<li>Work collaboratively across multi-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products</li>
<li>Take novel approaches to software development and implement all functional requirements as set by the Product Managers across multiple teams</li>
<li>Adhere to quality management mechanisms and train staff accordingly</li>
<li>Serve as a SME for junior engineers</li>
<li>Implement security standards within software</li>
<li>Attend meeting with upper management and prepare presentations for software development.</li>
<li>Manage front-end and back-end engineers, building professional growth plans</li>
<li>Recruiting and interviewing candidates for new roles</li>
<li>Mentoring engineers and training new hires on the technical platform</li>

Requirements:</b></p>
<p>
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related Engineering or IT field of study, plus at least three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in any related position(s).</p>

Qualified candidates must also have demonstrable proficiency, knowledge, experience, or skill with the following:</p>
<ul>
<li>Experience in at least two of the following program languages: C++; C#; Java; Ruby; Python; Rust; TypeScript; or JavaScript</li>
<li>Experience with Node.js and the associated frameworks, including Express</li>
<li>Web security and performance tuning, and web service API design, including RESTful and GraphQL</li>
<li>Experience with AWS and NoSQL Database, including at least one of the following:
<ul><li>PostgreSQL; MySQL; Oralce; DB2; Derby; MongoDB; DynamoDB</li>
</ul></li><li>Experience with automation tools including: Maven; Gradle; Ant; Grunt; and Gulp.</li>

<p>The base salary range for this role varies by location and is aligned to market benchmarks.</p>
<ul>
<li>Candidates located in <b>higher-cost labor markets</b>, including California, Washington, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Washington, DC represent the middle to high end of the range, while candidates located in <b>all other U.S. locations </b>represent the low to middle end of the range.</li>
<li>Final compensation is determined based on location, experience, skills, and internal equity.</li>

<p>This role is eligible for a <b>15% target annual bonus</b>, resulting in the following <b>base salary </b>and <b>Total Target Compensation (TTC)</b> ranges:</p>

<ul>
<li>Actively sell to a high-value portfolio of Hospitals within a defined regional sales territory. This is a &quot;hunter position.&quot;</li>
<li>Prospect and develop new business to drive revenue by identifying opportunities for cross selling<br>
and expansions across commercial models / across Cleerly's business opportunities</li>
<li>Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on sales pipeline, revenue, and other important data.</li>
<li>Develop and deliver compelling proposals, position complex pricing structures, and negotiate<br>
contracts and deal-closing requirements quickly and efficiently.</li>
<li>Execute key sales strategies to advance the utilization of the Cleerly solution within assigned<br>
geographies of diverse customers. This includes collaboration with the Cleerly strategy and<br>
customer success teams as well as our Provider Sales Team and Clinical Account Managers for<br>
conversion of the account</li>
<li>Meet quarterly and annual sales goals by developing an account strategy and pipeline, maintaining<br>
sales reports, developing market and competitor knowledge</li>
<li>Give presentations and trainings, and travel to customer sites as needed</li>

<p><b>Requirements</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience</li>
<li>5 to 8 years of customer-facing sales experience to Health Systems (in Medical Device sales,<br>
Medtech Saas Sales ), with a minimum of 3 years in a closing role</li>
<li>Experience managing high-value accounts through high-touch partnerships with customers</li>
<li>Experience working in tech environments and familiar with technical concepts</li>
<li>Track record of strong customer service skills and ability to convey complex concepts to people<br>
with less technical experience. Ability to negotiate, establish consensus, and ultimately gain<br>
agreement</li>
<li>Innovative, creative thinker to solve customer wants and needs in technical products</li>
