Your Role
As a Field Trainer &amp; Sales Representative, you will guide clients through insurance solutions and also support and train team members to succeed. This role is perfect for someone who values structure, consistency, and being a dependable resource for both clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Meet with business owners, managers, and employees to present insurance solutions</li><li>
Conduct group presentations and one-on-one consultations</li><li>
Build and manage a personal book of business</li><li>
Mentor and train new team members, providing guidance and clear direction</li><li>
Follow up on leads, maintain client relationships, and ensure consistent service</li><li>
Collaborate with management to set goals, track progress, and support team performance</li></ul>

Licensed in Health &amp; Life or willing to obtain a license (reimbursement provided)</li></ul>
Company: Cleft of the Rock 
Compensation: $85,000 - $105,000 per year with draw pay, commissions, and bonuses as an independent contractor 
Schedule: MondayFriday, weekends as needed 
Location: In-person, business-to-business and individual sales
