   Core Responsibilities
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Provides architecture designs according to standards and codes.
  </li>
  <li>
   Provides the service of value engineering, preparing projects planning, negotiating with contractor and sub-contractors.
  </li>
  <li>
   Reviews contracts (Consultants &ndash; Contractors), invoices, BOQ&rsquo;s.
  </li>
  <li>
   Prepares engineering scope documents, exhibits, budgets, specifications, schedules, and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
  </li>
  <li>
   Coordination for all the engineering work such as architectural, civil and electromechanical
  </li>
  <li>
   Project planning, negotiating with contractor and sub-contractor.
  </li>
  <li>
   Coordinates with other departments to improve and develop the project's scope of work.
  </li>
  <li>
   Approve and review the project drawing.
  </li>
  <li>
   Approve quotations, project location, budget, feasibility study.
  </li>
  <li>
   Delegate work for sub-contractors and maintain the quality of work.
  </li>
  <li>
   Preparing assessment reports for the new project.
  </li>
 </ul>

   Qualifications: -
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Bachelor of Architecture Engineering.
  </li>
  <li>
   15 years of experience in architecture &amp; interior design, and project management.
  </li>
  <li>
   Preferred a master's in architecture.
  </li>
  <li>
   Have a solid experience in handling big construction projects, site execution / Supervision.
  </li>

Architecture Manager

  Responsibilities:-
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Executing marketing programs and activities at both the short-term and long-term levels and recommending necessary updates to maximize profitability.
  </li>
  <li>
   Preparing marketing studies and research, analyzing data, and compiling the necessary statistics to support decision-making in marketing.
  </li>
  <li>
   Gathering data and information regarding competitors' service prices and presenting them to the direct manager to assist in the hospital&rsquo;s service pricing process.
  </li>
  <li>
   Preparing statistics on patient satisfaction with hospital services, studying complaints, and proposing solutions to enhance patient satisfaction to the highest possible level.
  </li>
  <li>
   Implementing and developing programs aimed at increasing patient loyalty to the hospital and ensuring their effective execution to achieve the desired results.
  </li>
  <li>
   Carrying out promotional campaigns according to the established plans and budget, ensuring their precise execution to achieve the targeted results.
  </li>
  <li>
   Coordinating the hospital's internal and external conferences and events, ensuring they are presented in an appropriate and professional manner.
  </li>
  <li>
   Monitoring the media and press environment, liaising with advertising and publicity companies, and recommending the most suitable options for promoting the hospital's services.
  </li>
  <li>
   Continuously updating the hospital&rsquo;s website and social media platforms to promote its services and reach the largest possible number of patients.
  </li>
  <li>
   Continuously updating the patient database to facilitate easy access when needed.
  </li>
  <li>
   Performing any other tasks assigned by the direct manager, provided they do not conflict with the hospital&rsquo;s policies.
  </li>
  <li>

    Requirements :-
   </strong>
  </li>
  <li>
   Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in any relevant field.
  </li>
  <li>
   1-3 years of experience same role.
  </li>
  <li>
   Healthcare related experience is a significant plus.
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong interpersonal skills.
  </li>
