Your responsibilities will include managing legal documents, assisting with research, and delivering outstanding customer service to all court visitors and stakeholders. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the justice system while developing your skills in legal administration and litigation support.Duties<ul><li>Conduct thorough research on case files, legal precedents, and relevant statutes to support court proceedings and legal teams</li><li>Assist with paralegal tasks such as drafting legal documents, motions, and correspondence with precision and clarity</li><li>Manage litigation-related documentation, ensuring accuracy in filing, data entry, and record keeping</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service by guiding visitors through court procedures and answering inquiries professionally</li><li>Perform clerical duties including filing, scanning, copying, and maintaining organized case files in both physical and digital formats</li><li>Handle administrative tasks such as data entry into court management systems, scheduling hearings, and managing calendars</li><li>Support office operations through word processing, preparing reports, and maintaining efficient workflow processes</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in research, legal drafting, or paralegal work within a legal or court environment</li><li>Strong litigation support background with familiarity in managing case files and legal documentation</li><li>Office experience with proficiency in word processing software and data entry systems</li><li>Demonstrated clerical skills including filing, record management, and administrative organization</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse stakeholders</li><li>Experience with legal administrative tasks such as filing, document preparation, and courtroom support preferred</li><li>Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to prioritize tasks effectively</li><li>Basic cash handling or financial transaction experience is a plus but not required</li></ul>Join us as a Court Service Specialist and become an integral part of the justice process!
