*Experienced*We are seeking a experienced dedicated Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental office by providing excellent customer service and administrative support.*Responsibilities*- Greet patients and visitors with a welcoming demeanor- Schedule appointments and manage the dental office's calendar efficiently- Verify insurance coverage and process patient billing- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper documentation review- Assist with medical collection and billing tasks- Handle inquiries over the phone, in person, and via email- Collaborate with the dental team to coordinate care plans for patients*Requirements*- Previous experience in a medical or dental office setting is preferred- Knowledge of ICD-9 coding, medical billing, and HIPAA regulations- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environmentJob Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
