<div></div><div><b>Position Summary:
</b></div><div>At the direction of the Parts Manager, the Parts &amp; Stockroom Worker position will be required to excel in all clerical and warehouse areas of Parts Operations that may include but not be limited to:</div>
<ul><li>Maintain a clean safe work environment * Strong customer service skills</li>
<li>Safely and efficiently operate a forklift * Load and unload parts truck and freight deliveries</li>
<li>Efficiently and accurately pick, put away and deliver parts orders to designated shop and will call areas</li>
<li>Basic skills in shipping, receiving, freight in bound and out bound</li>
<li>Ability to fabricate hoses</li>
<li>Ability to inspect and process cores and warranty accurately and efficiently</li>
<li>Ability to understand the basic principles of inventory control * The ability to perform tasks with little or no supervision</li>
<li>Accurately complete all paperwork and required documentation</li>
<li>Candidate must have effective written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Must have mechanical aptitude</li>
<li>Intermediate computer, keyboarding, MS Word and Excel</li>
<li>Ability to learn new software products: Warrtrack, literature/media requests, SIB requests etc.</li>
<li>Resolve problems and make sound decisions</li>
<li>Organized and detail oriented with the ability to effectively handle multiple tasks</li>
<li>Work independently &amp; efficiently in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Perform additional tasks as directed</li>
<li>Work regular overtime as required</li>
<li>Familiarity with product line a plus</li>
<li>Responsible to maintain professional behavior consistent with the Mission, Vision and values of Cleveland Brothers</li>
<li>Must be able to lift 50lbs</li>
</ul><div></div><div>Education &amp; Experience:</div>
<div>High School Diploma or GED required * Associates degree in a business discipline or Technical school is preferred * Strong customer service support experience in a mechanical / parts environment, demonstrating ability to quickly learn to use various computer systems is strongly preferred * An appropriate combination of education, skills and experience will be considered</div>
