Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc., your local Caterpillar dealership, is looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join our growing team of established and successful professionals.

Position Summary:

In accordance with management directives this position provides supervision to a diversified work force, including Murrysville Field Service and the Murrysville Main Shop, consisting of Service Supervisors, hourly clerical employees and employees covered by a collective bargaining agreement in, to ensure that all job assignments are carried out in the most efficiently prescribed means possible while reaching the highest attainable degree of quality and delivery performance.

Primary Responsibilities:

This position may perform any combination of the following duties:
Effectively manage service personnel, while fostering good union <ul><li>- management relations.</li>
<li>Maintain existing sales and increase sales to existing and new customers.</li>
<li>Maintain high level of customer satisfaction by identifying and resolving problems promptly.</li>
<li>Manage service expenses and profitability.</li>
<li>Maintain service Key Process indicators (KPI) results to acceptable levels.</li>
<li>Effectively manage work in process (WIP) by ensuring work orders are closed in accordance with established timelines.</li>
<li>Conduct regularly scheduled safety meetings and enforce all safety policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Investigate and report on job related accidents or safety concerns.</li>
<li>Coordinate outside vendor repair work with shop work in progress.</li>
<li>Ensure all warranty requirements are met.</li>
<li>Actively enforce all Company policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Conduct performance evaluations.</li>
<li>Assign building maintenance duties on daily basis.</li>
<li>Operate basic office equipment.</li>
<li>Perform other work related duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>
Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Comprehensive knowledge of construction equipment repair procedures and their application</li>
<li>Thorough understanding of Company/contract practices and policies in relation to the direction of the work force.</li>
<li>Effective verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks</li>
<li>Ability to learn new systems and processes</li>
<li>Solid computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products</li>
<li>Ability to read, understand, interpret and convey technical information</li>
<li>Strong customer service orientation.</li>

Service Manager

Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc., your local Caterpillar dealership, is looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join our growing team of established and successful parts professionals.

Position Summary:
<ul>
<li>Will supervise and schedule shuttle drivers and warehouse employees</li>
<li>Ensure internal and external customer satisfaction</li>
<li>Have dedicated interaction with Branch Management, Inventory Control, Information Technology, and Salesforce</li>
<li>Monitor and ensure stated inventory levels</li>
<li>Elevate Customer loyalty</li>
<li>Promote departmental engagement</li>
<li>Safe equipment operation and working environment</li>
<li>Assist management in efficient Contamination Control</li>
<li>Monitor and maintain Drop service vehicles, drops, and vendors</li>
<li>Provide and record employee training, guidance and discipline to guarantee stated process and policy</li>
<li>Use established metrics to provide effective and consistent Parts performance to elevate Customer experience, achieve and maintain a top ten Caterpillar Dealer ranking.
</li><li>Preference given for working knowledge of parts counter process/maintenance of all parts-related reports and documentation including</li>
<li>Daily count sheets, cash sales, backorder reports, stock transfers &amp; receipting, core processing, COD's, WMS, Cat Commercial accounting, informing customers of backordered status, and accurate parts order entry. This position is an integral step in Parts Department succession planning.</li>
</ul>
Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in Business</li>
<li>Supervisory experience or aptitude</li>
<li>The ability to coach, mentor, and develop employees</li>
<li>Excellent presentation, communication and customer satisfaction skills</li>
<li>Excellent computer skills including, Microsoft word, Excel, DBSi, Anteres, CID Web, OTV, and other web-based parts applications.</li>
</ul>
Regular Work Hours:

7 AM to 5 PM Monday Friday

Weekend and after hours support as warranted
