We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven SEO Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving our website&rsquo;s organic search performance, increasing keyword rankings, driving high-quality traffic, and optimizing overall website visibility on search engines. This role requires strong analytical skills, up-to-date SEO knowledge, and hands-on experience with on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan, develop, and execute effective SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and website traffic.</li><li>Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis.</li><li>Optimize on-page SEO, including meta tags, headings, URLs, internal linking, and content structure.</li><li>Manage technical SEO, including site speed, mobile optimization, crawlability, indexing, and schema markup.</li><li>Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies, including link-building and authority growth.</li><li>Monitor website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.</li><li>Track keyword rankings, traffic trends, and conversion metrics; prepare regular SEO performance reports.</li><li>Collaborate with content writers and developers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.</li><li>Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and industry best practices.</li><li>Ensure SEO activities comply with search engine guidelines and best practices.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Diploma or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, IT, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 1 year of hands-on SEO experience (mandatory).</li><li>Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.</li><li>Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, or similar.</li><li>Understanding of website CMS platforms (WordPress preferred).</li><li>Ability to analyze data and convert insights into actionable SEO strategies.</li><li>Strong communication and documentation skills.</li><li>Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.</li></ul>Job Details<ul><li>Job Type: Full-time</li><li>Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in SEO</li><li>Education: Diploma (Preferred)</li><li>Work Location: In-person</li></ul>Why Join Us?<ul><li>Work in a growth-focused environment</li><li>Opportunity to handle real projects and measurable SEO results</li><li>Long-term career growth in SEO specialization</li></ul>If you are passionate about SEO and know how to rank websites on Google, we&rsquo;d love to have you on our team.
