Roles &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Source and attract candidates using various channels, including job portals, social media, and professional networks.</li><li>Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability.</li><li>Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and client companies.</li><li>Maintain effective communication with candidates regarding interview status and feedback.</li><li>Coordinate with client HR teams or hiring managers to understand job requirements and company culture.</li><li>Collect and process candidate documentation and facilitate onboarding processes.</li><li>Keep detailed records of recruitment activities in ATS or HRMS.</li><li>Assist in promoting employer branding initiatives through social media and other platforms.</li><li>Provide regular updates to clients regarding candidate pipelines and recruitment status.</li><li>Support administrative tasks related to recruitment and HR processes.</li></ul>Desired Candidate Profile<ul><li>Experience: 0 to 1 year in recruitment or freshers looking for a career in hiring.</li><li>Graduate in any discipline, preferably HR, Business Administration, or Psychology.</li><li>Good verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Basic knowledge of job portals and social media recruiting tools.</li><li>Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.</li><li>Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in recruitment.</li><li>Ability to handle candidate and client interactions professionally.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office applications.</li></ul>Key Result Areas (KRAs)<ul><li>Timely sourcing and screening of candidates for client requirements.</li><li>Accurate and efficient scheduling of client interviews.</li><li>Maintaining effective communication and coordination with candidates and clients.</li><li>Keeping recruitment records updated and organized.</li><li>Supporting recruitment team in achieving client satisfaction.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, InternshipPay: &#8377;8,414.84 - &#8377;19,414.96 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Food provided</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Recruitments : 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Indore, Madhya Pradesh (Required)</li></ul>Shift availability:<ul><li>Day Shift (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
