In line with the potential in the market, our client from the financial market(Banking) industry has decided to set up Emirati Desk and hire experienced and competitive UAE Nationals as Sr. Relationship Mangers / Relationship Mangers to build a team to focus on increasing liability business and grow CASA deposits. Job Summary: This position is responsible for generating fresh deposits by acquiring new-to-bank relationships and engaging potential customers. The role involves active participation in achieving the deposit and revenue targets of the Retail Banking team, as well as meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) / (PAM) targets. n Job Responsibilities: Achieve CASA deposit targets according to assigned KPIs and PAM targets through new business sales, referrals, and retention of relationships, with a primary focus on the liability side. Attain NTB (New-To-Bank) liabilities and deposit targets by identifying target markets and potential customers. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Formulate and execute strategies with detailed action plans to achieve assigned business goals, increase the Bank s market share in deposits, understand competition, and consolidate and retain business relationships. Identify and capitalize opportunities to increase sales to existing customers, maintain appropriate conversion rates, and proactively cross-selling a range of banking products and services. Conduct outbound sales calls and proactively identify market opportunities to establish effective lead generation strategies. Build and manage a relationship-based portfolio, covering all banking requirements of customers, including KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance. Attend networking events to develop and deepen relationships, explore customer needs, and match the Bank s products with these needs to grow the deposit base. Ensure timely management of Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) in compliance with bank policies and procedures. Ensure that all customers are on-boarded in accordance with bank compliance policies and regulatory guidelines. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer information following due diligence procedures, including FATCA (Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act) and CRS (Common Reporting Standard). Identify and mitigate financial crime risks as per bank policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines, working closely with the compliance team to implement and monitor these policies. Promote the use of Alternative Delivery Channels (ADCs) and adapt to technology initiatives introduced by the Bank.

Key Responsibilities <ul> <li> Assess new investment opportunities through market research, due diligence, and feasibility studies; provide insights to senior leadership for decision-making. </li> <li> Support negotiations with advisors, bankers, and legal teams on partnerships, joint ventures, and M&amp;A transactions. </li> <li> Manage end-to-end transaction processes, from evaluation and valuation to completion and post-deal integration. </li> <li> Build and maintain financial models for investments, joint ventures, greenfield projects, and real estate opportunities. </li> <li> Provide recommendations based on financial analysis, risk/return assessment, and group policy. </li> <li> Conduct pre- and post-investment reviews of major capital expenditure projects using KPIs such as ROI, NPV, IRR, and Payback period. </li> <li> Prepare clear, concise presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders. </li> </ul>

Manager - Corporate Finance & Business Development

They are now seeking an experienced Senior Manager Contract Logistics (E-Commerce &amp; Retail) to drive regional business growth, lead solution design, and support capacity expansion initiatives across the MENA region. Role Overview This is a leadership position responsible for developing, executing, and managing commercial strategies within the E-Commerce and Retail vertical. The role involves leading cross-functional teams, overseeing solution design and implementation, and driving customer acquisition and retention. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of omni-channel logistics, fulfillment operations, and retail supply chain transformation across the GCC. Key Responsibilities <ul> <li>Develop and implement contract logistics strategies for E-Commerce and Retail clients across the GCC.</li> <li>Drive commercial growth through new business development, solution engineering, and pricing excellence.</li> <li>Manage a team of Contract Logistics Engineers and Pricing Specialists, ensuring collaboration and high performance.</li> <li>Lead RFQ processes, commercial negotiations, and renewals for key accounts.</li> <li>Oversee greenfield and brownfield warehouse development, ensuring operational readiness and compliance.</li> <li>Work closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Engineering to deliver best-in-class logistics solutions.</li> <li>Analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities.</li> <li>Represent the company at trade shows and industry forums, strengthening its presence in the region.</li> <li>Ensure that all activities adhere to HSE, quality, and corporate compliance standards.</li> <li>Travel regionally to evaluate facilities, meet clients, and oversee project implementation.</li> </ul> Requirements <ul> <li>Bachelor s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration (Master s preferred).</li> <li>Minimum 15 years of logistics and supply chain experience, with at least 5 years in E-Commerce and Retail contract logistics.</li> <li>Proven track record in solution design, warehouse automation, and fulfillment center operations.</li> <li>Experience leading greenfield warehouse or distribution projects in the GCC.</li> <li>Excellent understanding of last-mile delivery, omni-channel logistics, and digital fulfillment models.</li> <li>Strong commercial acumen and experience managing complex RFQs and negotiations.</li> <li>Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.</li> <li>Analytical and data-driven mindset with attention to operational efficiency and continuous improvement.</li> <li>Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process optimization frameworks preferred.</li> <li>Willingness to travel within the region.</li> </ul> Ideal Profile You are a strategic and hands-on logistics leader with a proven ability to deliver innovative, scalable solutions for e-commerce and retail supply chains.
