Client of Ignite Search and Selection

Develop detailed 2D and 3D drawings for interior fit-out projects in hospitality spaces (hotels, restaurants, lounges, resorts, etc.).
<ul>
<li>Prepare layouts, joinery details, and material specifications based on design concepts.</li>
<li>Translate design intent and sketches from interior designers or architects into accurate CAD drawings.</li>
<li>Coordinate with MEP, structural, and site teams to ensure design integration and feasibility.</li>
<li>Revise and update drawings based on client feedback, site conditions, or design changes.</li>
<li>Ensure all drawings comply with project standards, codes, and company quality requirements. </li>
<li>Maintain organized drawing files, revision logs, and project documentation</li>
</ul>
Basic Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Proficiency in AutoCAD (3D modeling experience in Revit or SketchUp is an advantage).</li>
<li>Strong understanding of interior detailing, joinery works, materials, and finishes. </li>
<li>Ability to interpret design concepts and produce precise, buildable drawings.</li>
<li>Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.</li>
<li>Strong coordination and communication skills to work with design, procurement, and site teams.</li>
</ul>

CAD Designer

Responsible for creating, managing, and updating Building Information Models (BIM) to support design, construction, and facility management processes. This role ensures that 3D models are accurate, coordinated, and compliant with project standards and BIM execution plans.
 Requirements 
<ul>
<li>3-5 years of relevant experience in design, fit-out, or related industry.</li>
<li>Bachelor s Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design</li>
</ul>
