About the Role: 
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join an internationally acclaimed design studio based in Dubai. Specialising in luxury hospitality and branded residential projects, our practice delivers award-winning interiors across the Middle East, Europe, and Asia.
This is a unique opportunity to join a collaborative team of designers and architects who are passionate about creating exceptional, story-driven spaces for world-renowned clients and brands.
 Key Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Lead the interior design process from concept through to completion on high-end hospitality and residential projects</li>
<li>Develop design narratives, concepts, mood boards, and presentation materials</li>
<li>Oversee FF&amp;E selection, specification, and coordination</li>
<li>Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams across all stages of design and delivery</li>
<li>Ensure quality, innovation, and brand alignment across all design outputs</li>
<li>Mentor junior designers and contribute to studio culture and development</li>
</ul>
 Requirements: 
<ul>
<li>Bachelor s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field</li>
<li>Minimum 7 10 years of professional experience, with a strong portfolio in luxury hospitality and/or branded residential projects</li>
<li>Proven ability to lead projects independently and manage client relationships</li>
<li>Excellent design, communication, and presentation skills</li>
<li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and/or Revit</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and FF&amp;E specification</li>
<li>Experience working in an international or multidisciplinary studio is a plus</li>
